Do you understand that part of it? Are you familiar with the phrase "crabs in a bucket"? Do you know what it means? Can you possibly understand why that would be relevant? So, remembering that "black on black violence" "isn't your problem" and since you've also said that at least some of these Black people "did what they had to do to get out" (not sure what that means), why haven't you asked what their solution would be?
