Art in PNS
No he won't be counted. The only players who get counted in the formula are Unreleased Unrestricted Free Agents. The Bills had a choice to keep him and choose not to. It's the exact same reason that Charles Clay didn't count this year because the Dolphins had a choice. The only people that count so far are Bradham and Brooks Thanks for the clarification.
GunnerBill
Didn't they have an option on Revis that they declined? If so, shouldn't he not count then? They did yea they had a team option.
MattM
They did yea they had a team option. If true, and he doesn't count, how the heck did they get 4 picks (again--seems like every year they get more than they should)?
gonzo1105
Voided contracts still count because technically the player didn't get released. That's why Harvin will count this year if he gets signed in a timely fashion

Estro
Ah ok. Seems an odd distinction but ok. I believe Revis is an example of that from last year. He had a 2nd year on his deal with the Pats at an astronomical number. The Pats voided the deal. This year they got a 3rd round compensatory pick for losing him. Difference is Percy prob. won't sign with another team in time for it to matter.
