The Bills are going to keep a full roster and they're going to keep adding guys as needed at positions where they feel they're the weakest. It would be close to a miracle if Terren Jones were a sleeper. The Titans OL is horrible and they cut him. Though these things have happened, I'd be immensely surprised.
