Right now it looks like ducks will win, but it's more about mistakes on defense and the fsu fumbles than a QB vs QB showdown. He's got a funny delivery. I wouldn't call it a hitch, more like loading motion. Makes me wonder whether he fully engages his lower body and transfers his weight properly.
