thebandit27 Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 The above is why I think you'll see a lot of man coverage on the outside and zone in the middle 1/3. If the inside defenders know they don't have help from the boundary corners, they can play their inside/outside techniques a bit more aggressively. A lot of the D this week will depend on the underneath LBs getting good depth on their drops. I really, really hope that (a) Nigel Bradham can play, and (b) they don't take him out of the game on 3rd downs in favor of Preston freaking Brown like they did against SD. Interestingly, Bruschi, despite the fact that our O-Line is one of the 3 biggest in the league, sees them using a "wall-off" and not "plow you over" type of running scheme. The Buffalo Bills beat the Detroit Lions on a 58-yard field goal by Dan Carpenter just moments after Lions’ kicker Alex Henery shanked his third field goal attempt of the game. The Cleveland Browns came back from a 28-3 deficit to beat the Tennessee Titans, the largest comeback in the history of the franchise. Two other games were decided in overtime.
