Hammered a Lot Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 I know some that some of the private lots have people hanging around watching the cars for this kind of stuff. All commercial parking lots in the town of Orchard Park by law are suppose to have somebody on site while cars are parked on the property game day. The bigger the lot the harder it is to police.
