Storm Front
Coach Marrone will utilize the forgotten 'ole smell test in order to help select our next coaches. In a recent article, he was quoted as saying that he will "smell their breath to make sure they are still as I remember them as football guys." BobChalmers
...he will "smell their breath to make sure they are still as I remember them... Well, as a means of checking familiarity with old friends, I guess that's better than smelling their butts canine-style. BillnutinHouston
That would be a very strange thing to say . . . linky? Marrone did say that, too lazy now to find a link. Buddy has used the same phrase when talking about getting up close and personal with potential draftees.
Best Player Available
Marrone did say that, too lazy now to find a link. Buddy has used the same phrase when talking about getting up close and personal with potential draftees. I like it. Very forward, very progressive thinking. Reminds me of when I was a yout living in Buffalo, my friends and I used similar techniques with chicks at last call.
