Regardless of his performabce at Philly, April did an awesome job in Buffalo, got the most out of his punter and returners (other than McFumble). I thought when he became assistant HC he got more say than he should of on personal decisions. I think it was a big reason why we had to IR every LB in week 3 because our backups were pure special teamers.
