I think we see TJ in next week

unlikely.

t jackson can throw the ball like an nfl quarterback, meaning defenses would actually have to DEFEND our spread offense.

deep routes wouldnt be ignored by safeties, the entire middle of the field would be open up.

a handoff to cj could go up the middle for 20 yards a pop, easy.

we could sustain scoring drives.

4 deep drives in houston territory, 9 points?

if tj gets even 1 td there, the score could be 21-13 in the fourth--a 1 possesion game.

tj could turn this entire season around.

Why isn't he playing for Minn or Seattle right now?

Chan probably won't do anything but we need something to jump start this offense.

So up until today, they avg just about 25 pts per game, play arguably the best defense/best team on their turf, lose 21-9 and they need the offense jump started? OK, whatever!

Im curious why everyone want Jackson in there. His career has been far from stellar

Because when your team is losing, the back-up QB is always the most popular player in town. Gailey has been a coach for a long time. If Fitzpatrick is playing it's because he's the best QB on the roster right now.

Hey show the Fitz to T.O. pass it's the longest in Bills history 98 yds . It doesn't count that Fitz hit him like with in 30 yds then T.O. ran the other 60 does it ??

Um... 30+60=90 not 98. That's first.

2nd, watch the replay again, Fitz threw it 50+

3rd, it still doesn't matter, Fitz still sucks. He's not even as good now as he was 2 years ago and that's what is horrible. He's regressed.

4th, it wouldn't matter if Chan would just run the damn ball. 12 times today? Really?!?!? With a RB averaging over 7 yards a carry and you run him 6 times? Ugh.

with all due respect, "jump start this offense"? This offense ranked 11th in the NFL coming into this game in scoring. We need someone to jumpstart the TEAM, not just the offense. Because when the offense plays well, the defense BLOWS...and when the defense finally shows up, the offense BLOWS.

These are perfectly thrown fifty+ yard passes… why can’t Fitz seem to throw these anymore??? Seriously…. Was there a shoulder injury or something that occurred that I’m not remembering? Maybe it was one of the infamous “undisclosed” injuries Chan likes to gamble with? He had a bunch of similar throws (for long TDs) with Owens in 2009 as well (on YouTube)… WTF happened?

(Full Disclosure… the 1st link is a tough one to watch… brings up horrible memories, LOL…)

TJ is a backup if Fitz was injured. Thigpen not so good backup but knows the system . If we had a experienced deep receiver , Dave Nelson back (6'5") , Lee Smith TE 6-6 to go with Chandler 6-7 TE would give Fitz some tall targets to hit especially short range to open up more running. The team had potential if healthy. Changing any coaches before end of season would be just confusion.

Gailey had the nuts to yank and cut Edwards quickly. But Fitz, his golden boy will take down the ship and Gailey will do nothing. No way anyone but numbnutz finishes the season at Quarterback.

Plus next season. Unless they go for Romo or some veteran, they will draft a guy and sit him long enough for next season to be crappy too. On the other hand, assuming the Bills get crushed by the Pats next week, the last 7 games are pre - season again, so might as well see what we have with other players.

The Bills seem to have a leadership problem. I see a bunch of suburban husbands and fathers (good for them, by the way) playing out their contracts as best they can at the coaches direction. I do not see fire and ice out there. The NFL is a nasty league for high spirited , type A guys. Don't think I see any of those on this team, maybe other than Fred and Stevie and Byrd, thats about it. The coaches are corpses.
