All Time Best QB Rating Games...Buffalo's "Enabler" Defens

Recommended Posts

Since the end of 2010 season, our defense has permitted 5 of the all time best QB rating games for opposing QB's. I didn't think we were that bad, but this puts a whole new perspective on things. From 2010-2012 we have allowed Sanchez, Romo, Brady, Alex Smith and Matt Moore to have career days against us...more than any other NFL team (other teams like Chicago 2008-09, TB in 2009, San Diego, Oakland all have a few).

This is a real kick in the drawers.

I have a hard time taking an analysis seriously that concludes Charlie Batch had the greatest game ever for a QB.

I don't care who the QB is but his numbers for the game aren't even that great:

12/17 for 186 yards with 3TDs and 2 INTs

5 runs for 26 yards

THAT'S the greatest game a QB has ever had in the past few seasons?

Somehow that's a better game than Palmer's 20/24 for 233yds 5TDs 0INTs

I agree with you guys...not an impressive outing to be ranked number 1...definitely Romo against Bills last year...or Alex Smith this year was more dominating

(Ironic how we feel that our defense is even worse than shown on that chart)

how bout the time marc wilson of the raiders threw for 425 yards and that was the first game he played in three years

Shoot - even Matt Moore had a career day against us last year according to this chart...Matt Moore?? Might as well have been Cleo Lemon
