State GOP Files Complaint Against Obama Campaigners At CSU

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Early voting only got under way on Monday and already a complaint has been filed.

Colorado Republicans say Democrats wrongly offered Colorado State University students free pizza and t-shirts in exchange for voting.

Colorado state law says campaigners have to be 100 feet from a polling place, but there is some grey area, espeically when a polling place is inside a large public building like CSU’s Lory Student Center.

The Colorado Republican Committee sent a letter to the Larimer County clerk alleging wrongdoing by campaigners for the Democratic Party during the first day of early voting on the CSU campus.

“Operatives for the Democratic Party, or for what appears to be the Obama campaign, had set up a table located right outside the Lory Student Center, which is where one of the early vote locations is,” Colorado GOP Chairman Ryan Call said.

Photos were provided by the Colorado Republican Party that they say demonstrates their concern. They claim the Democratic organizers were too close to the entrance of the polling place and were violating state laws.

“They were essentially offering students and passers-by t-shirts and campaign t-shirts with the impression, very clearly, that you had to go vote first, and if you voted, then they would give you free t-shirts and free pizza,” Call said.

Who knows?

Field Director is actually the congressman's son.

"If anyone should be opposed to voter fraud it's him. Yet he actively encouraged our investigator to forge documents and pose as a pollster to disenfranchise registered voters in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland."

For much of 2012, Project Veritas has been conducting an ongoing series of investigations in more than a dozen states demonstrating the ease with which election fraud can be committed and legitimate voters can be disenfranchised. And they've shown that no one is immune. In April, a Project Veritas investigator was even offered the ballot of Attorney General Eric Holder himself.

"No matter how many times we've proven the danger," said O'Keefe, "our reports have been ignored or dismissed by the media as honest mistakes by poll workers and low-level campaign operatives. Not anymore."

The latest footage was gathered at the Organizing for America offices in Arlington, Virginia where the Field Director coordinates with OFA on Rep. Jim Moran's campaign, efforts to re-elect President Obama, and the campaign to elect Tim Kaine to the U.S. Senate.

There is no doubt that the Field Director knows what he's doing. At several points in the video, he references Virginia's new voter ID law and praises the investigator as "hardcore." The Field Director also says he "respects" the investigator's desire to commit a felony to elect Democrats to office."

Local Dem's congress critter son, removed from dad's campaign after he is telling people how to commit fraud and get some extra votes in election.

Video is very scary and sounds like they have their act together on how to bilk the system and ensure their boys get elected.

So that's where Pat Moran went.

It's Jim. And this is the same congresscritter who got in trouble for taking illegal loans, beating up a kid at daycare because he though the 5 year old might steal his car. He's like the white Marrian Berry. He pretty much does stupid and corrupt stuff and he keeps getting elected.

More from the liberal Washington Post. They make sure they blame a conservative group for uncovering it.

But he was planning on voting 100 times for people who rarely vote. He probably had other folks doing the same. 100 votes.

And we don't have voter ID as a requirement? Give me a !@#$ing break.

That's not a problem. The federal government will step in and send a new batch of absentee ballots, already pre-marked with votes for Obama - you know, to make things easier for our troops.

Not exactly voter fraud but voter intimidation or interference?

"After handing out water and advocating for President Obama, the NAACP members started handpicking and moving people to the front of a long voting line inside the polling place according to the incident report. After multiple complaints from voters about the line cutting, Rockford received a phone call from downtown telling her to “stand down.”

“All of the sudden one of the clerks, Dayan Cohen, said that someone wanted to speak to me on the phone. It was someone from downtown. I got on the phone and she said she was from downtown and that I needed to stand down and that it was okay for the NAACP to be within 100 ft. and they could hand out water. I told her that the NAACP was inside the building, wearing the NAACP clothing and caps and were handing out water and moving people from the back of the lines to the front of the lines,” Rockford said."
