billsfanmiami(oh) Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 Not going to comment on the legal issues of the whole thing but honestly, if people are really doing this purely because they can't afford the cost of getting it commercially, they have no right to attempt to bring a child into the world.
