Tsaikotic
"PFT says: Saints, Dolphins agree to terms on Reggie Bush trade" going after Orton and Bush...some reason I don't seem to worried about the Dolphins ...I could be wrong tho update Edited July 28, 2011 by Tsaikotic
Chilly
Orton's a good football player. Good news is Fins might not get him. According to the Denver Post, a Kyle Orton trade was no longer "imminent" as of late Wednesday night. http://www.rotoworld.com/playernews/nfl/football?rw=
Buffalo Barbarian
Whatever, Bush sucks so no sweat.
DukeyBomb
Either way those guys would upgrade the Dolphins and I don't want it to happen. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/07/28/saints-dolphins-agree-to-terms-on-reggie-bush-trade/ Looks like they agree to terms on the trade. It only hinges on a new contract for Bush.
Doc
Bush is a major downgrade for the Dols, from Ricky and Ronnie, both of whom are expected to be gone. And he hasn't been able to stay healthy. As for Orton, I'd have been more worried if he had a full off-season and training camp with them, but they open camp tomorrow and he's still not a Dol. Heitz
According to Schefter, it's a done deal: "Last hurdle to a trade between Saints and Dolphins was cleared when RB Reggie Bush reached agreement on a new 2-year contract with Miami."
BUFFALOTONE
I would rather see Bush in the backfield than Bradshaw who they were initially targeting. Bush has a pension for getting dinged, he may be dynamic but until MIA gets a QB they will be anemic. Orton will be an upgrade over Henne but the problem is Sparano and his uber conservative/Parcells like game plan. You know, the one when you jump up and down after a 7 minute drive and kick a FG. The Avenger
Face it - Bush is no Spiller and Orton is no Thigpen - Bills certainly besting the Fins there.....
