Mr. WEO
I guess the appropriate period for phony outrage and "there ain't no deadline for us to sign" has ended.

papazoid
why is this happening ? why not ALL the teams on wednesday ?.....sounds like they are going to ask the teams they feel more likely will vote YES, to vote first, delaying and rendering the few "no" votes meaningless. "When the executive committee accepts the new CBA, players from certain teams will be granted permission to report to training camps Wednesday and players from other teams will be asked to report to training camps Friday, a source said. The hope from both sides is there are enough votes to recertify the union by as early as Friday."
Doc
Cool. I've heard TC's will be open Friday, and I'll be in-town this weekend. Even if it takes until Sunday for them to open, I'll still be able to make one session.
