JinVA
I've caught the end of Russert's show a few times in the past month and he didn't say "Go Billls" at the end like he used to. Does anyone know when and why he stopped?
scribo
That could be like Carol Burnett no longer tugging her ear. Except I don't care about her ear.

KD in CA
I don't remember him saying it every week. I though just for special occassions, like opening weekend or the Super Bowl.

Spun
Paul Maguire toned down his pro Bills rhetoric over the years. The networks get complaints when their personnel come off as homers. Remember Todd Christensen and his coverage of Raiders games. One time TC was calling a game with Charlie Jones when a crucial call went aginst the Raiders. Christensen was very upset and Jones called him on it and TC admitted that he was rooting for the Raiders. Being that there are so many people who hate the Raiders anyways, NBC must have gotten deluged with complaints. Not too long after there was no more TC on network football telecasts.
