If a attention starved, pseudo-intellectual poster starts 10 posts about the same issue nobody really cares about in a month, can we ban them for spamming the board? But he's got a committed following that has made him worth hundreds of millions for providing them with the simplistic explanation they need for all evils and criticism : it's the "Liberals".
