This goes to show that...

A. Players CAN change their actions/behaviors/outlook...

and...

B. It doesn't matter how much a guy player/produced in college...football players are football players.

A...yes they can.

B...confuses me. Past success can't be used to predict success in the NFL?

C...character does matter. Sometimes the tiger changes his spots, sometimes he doesn't (yes, I'm aware that tigers do not have spots).

"Thug" has a very specific historical meaning (worshippers of Kali who committed murder as a religious act). In current usage, it also has a fairly specific meaning. So...who are those thugs on the Bills?

Sorry I must have missed the part where he went through the 2010 season as a "changed" person and was elected to the Pro-Bowl and was given a key to the city.... It's a little early to label this a success story IMO.

I was just funnin' with beer sphere, that's all. My post is not a comment on the player but on beerball's tiger/spots reference. But thanks for playing.

:w00t: tigers do not have spots

I'm pretty sure Canadian tigers DO have spots but I'd have to look that up.

But your larger point remains, sometimes a leopard CAN change his stripes.

Marshawn is the only "thug" I would say is on this team and the only one who catches a bunch of crap around here for being one.
