If they let him go now, maybe we'll lose some of the data that he's gathered throughout this year on specific college players. That is, that the data he has is GOOD and ACCURATE. and worhty of using. If he's so bad you're going to fire him, you don't let him run a draft that's this important. You fire him ASAP if you're gonna, or you keep him.
