Teams with established QB's are in the playoffs, and rarely need coaches, teams that are having trouble developing QB's and other players end up where we are...coach shopping. Cowher wants an easy job...if he's looking for easy, it isn't in Buffalo. He struggled for ever with terrible QBs until they were able to draft Rothlis - then it was on to the SB. It drives me nuts that people cant see the league is QB driven league. We may have had the best WR tandem in the league this year and we SUCKED. Two most important positions on an NFL team: 1. QB 2. LT Funny how the Bills just up and traded our LT away.
