No one worth a damn is gonna take over this team.

Only delusional Bills fans think we have any real talent on this team. The entire thing from top to bottom minus a handful of players should be cut.

We have a 91 year old owner that puts any GM/ HC's future in question if he were to take over.

This GM would need to clean complete house. I mean every scout we have because its obvious our guys can't tell what real talent is.

We need a much better training staff and Strength and conditioning staff.

This whole team is weak mentally and physically and have no guts what so ever. Toughness? That is just a word to them.

Ralph has decided too late imho to try and actually pay a front office / HC. The best we can do are more 'up and comers' that want a crack at a front office position or Coach. We have to pray we find diamonds in the rough.

I think you phrase this incorrectly. I think that there are talented people out there would gladly and also we fans would be happy to have take over this team.

The problem is that the current owner shows little to no sign of being willing to hire these talented people and to let them do there work with a reasonable amount of check and balancing an owner should supply to a winner.

There is a difference between there being no one out there (or even no one willing to come here) and the actual case that the owner will not actually hire or intelligently manage these people.

If we have no talent, how did we win 5 games? How did we keep almost every single game close?

It's the freaking NFL for goodness sake. There are probably 7 good teams in the league, the rest are garbage or average.

Tell me, what is the combined record of the team's Buffalo's beaten? I'll do it for you:

TB 2-12

NYJ 7-7

CAR 5-8

MIA 7-7

KC 3-11

24-45 combined. That's how you win 5 games in 14, because there will typically be a few teams worse than you are.

Yet, if we had no talent (which is a relative term), we would not have won a game this year. It is completely untrue to say that the Bills are devoid of talent. A few breaks on our part, and we could easily be .500 or better. No team in the NFL is far away from a winning season.

You're dealing in extremes, which is par for the course on this board.

The Lions, Rams, Browns, Chiefs, Raiders, and Buccaneers are not even close to be a .500 team right now.

Buffalo is devoid of NFL talent at QB, OT, and at OLB. No one they put on the field at those positions should be on the field next season for this team or any other.

The Dolphins went 1-15, and then 11-5 the next season. The packers went 6-10 last season. The Bengals were 4-11-1 last season.

It doesn't take very much to make a sub-.500 team into a playoff team. The Bills could easily be 10-6 next year, if they get some QB play that could be considered average or decent.

I'm sorry to phrase it this way, but do you even know what the heck you're talking about?

The Dolphins hired Parcells, who found OL and DL, then signed a QB who didn't make mistakes. The Packers have Aaron Rodgers, had depth in the front 7, had big play WR's, and hired a DC who made them 3-4. The Bengals were missing Carson Palmer in 08, found a running game this year, and have some players on defense like Domata Peko, Maualuga, and Keith Rivers to go along with Jonathan Joseph and Leon Hall. All of these teams have foundation at QB and DL. Only the Packers need serious help on the OL. Buffalo has none of those three items.

Buffalo does not have a QB, nor a solid front 7 defensively. They have absolutely ZERO NFL OT's on the roster now, save for perhaps the injury-prone Brad Butler who's more suited to G.

That's exactly why we won only 5 games. Wins against Chiefs, Jets, Panthers, Dolphins, Bucs... Wow... and two of those teams also beat the Bills.

If we had talent, we'd win 12 or 13 games. If we had talent, we'd have a front office and coaching staff to go with it.

When you have an amateur front office and amateur coaches, you get ameteur talent, amateur game plans and amateur performances... they don't know good from bad.... Whitner, Edwards, Posluzny, Maybin, Ellison, Parrish, Hardy, etc., etc.
