  1. Bills are going to hammer this team. Media and fans have been all over the coaching and scheme and truly believe the offense will be full throttle from start to finish. Allen won't even play in the 4th quarter, book it. The training wheels are coming off this joke of an offense philosophy and Allen is going to break free. Can't wait to go and the weather will be mint.
  2. This team needs to take its hits this year and not sacrifice youth for trades. Buffalo needs all the draft picks they have because this roster has aged out rapidly. Maybe they sneak in as a wild card this year but it is very clear that there are some major issues with players/coaches. Hopefully they nail the draft and get some key players back to health next year. They could go on a run if they get a 80% Von back sext September.
  3. THis really sums it up perfectly....
  4. Soooo, looking at the responses, we dooon't think this would ever be an issue? Wow people, a little sensitive I would say 😄The whole point of this was basically to say that this coaching staff has already stripped away 1 Super Bowl and if it continues to hinder the potential of this team, issues could surface.
  5. Just sayin', there is a clear, tight relationship with Allen and Dabol. Players force themselves out from teams a lot more than they used to so it's not exactly the craziest thing to have in the back of your mind...
  6. I honestly don't think this would happen, but if Allen feels as though his game has been neutered and thinks there is no way to win the big one with this coaching staff, would he ever try and reunite with Dabol? If that were to happen, I would hope Terry would clean house and write a blank check to Dabol to bring his own staff in here. This coaching staff is severely flawed but if I recall correctly, wasn't it Allen who wanted Dorsey promoted to OC? Let's see how long the tension continues to build with this offense as something needs to be altered one way or another.
  7. I thought he retired 2 years ago
  8. It seems like the NFL this year is nothing but penalties and sloppy play. There is not one dominant team left in this league.
  9. That was the first home game I have missed in probably 7 years and I could not have picked a better one to choose. Between Sunday night, the weather, and the opponent, I just had a bad feeling overall. Something told me this was going to be one of those games and it was going to be decided late in the game. For those who went, thank goodness they ended up winning.
  10. I still can't believe nobody has brought up not going for 2 pt conversion when it would have forced Giants to make the PAT if needed. There was no difference of going up 5 or 4 points after that last TD. THe whole thing made absolutely zero sense.
  11. Why would you hand the ball off at the 7 when you need 1/2 yard??!! What in the actual F is allowing that call to go in??!!
  12. Let’s get healthy for 2024, this season is circling the drain.
  13. We’re going to lose this game aren’t we
  14. I heard this morning that the surgery would be more for the broken bone on Milano and NOT the ligament damage. I think that is the best scenario at this point but who knows.
  15. The more and more I am listening to the experts, the more our depth is looking like they just might be ok in the end. Whether that is this year, or next year, the future looks pretty darn bright for a youth movement. With Rousseau out, and Von barely playing, AJ stepped into the spotlight bigtime. THis Jonathan kid is also getting really good reviews and could end up being a steal on the edge. The loss of Jones is a massive one in every way but let's see what Ford can do on the run stuffing game. Ed Oliver has broken through and the Oline is better than we thought when the season began. As long as Benford can come back, and there are no more injuries at that position, the pass rush should offset the hit the secondary took. It will be interesting to see how Bernard does without Milano so that is a big question mark. Can Dodson step up into a major role? Hopefully Von can get back to 100% by the time the playoffs start and if that happens, the defense should be just fine. If Buffalo has to take a wild card and go on the road for a game, so be it. I think they are still taking the division and the next 3 games will be perfect to get the newbies settled. Lastly, Elam cannot possibly be this bad, he just can't. They threw him into a no win situation and that was a bad coaching decision. I would start him again vs the Giants and put him on a very short leash. Get him some confidence and hopefully Buffalo gets a big lead and does not have to worry about it.
  16. Yeah let’s trade our future because Von is back and a shell of himself. Where do these ideas come from??!!
  17. Really could not care less at this point, just beat the Giants and hopefully get some guys back.
  18. If they lose to the worst team in football...then it's time to panic.
  19. Well everyone expected season ending for both so anything less is a bonus. Let's just hope our first 4 games next year are softer teams. I also feel as though Von is going to produce next to nothing this year and will hopefully be serviceable by next September.
  20. Man, I have zero interest in this game. Please take it out of the night spot.
  21. Days like yesterday are why 13 seconds will never go away for me. They were never going to be healthier and firing on all cylinders like they were during those playoffs. Yesterday's injuries will serve as a constant reminder that they will never have a better path to the trophy. The hardest part was that it was not even the players that blew it, it was the coaching. The next step they need to take is a rebuild on the fly. Who will even be here when they make their next serious run? Poyer and Hyde are near the end, Diggs maybe has 2 more years, Milano may not be the same, White is all but done, Davis will be moving on in FA and Morse will need to be replaced. The core members will most likely be Allen, Bernard, Benford, Dawkins, Cook, Rousseau, AJ, Taron, Kincaid (unfortunately Knox), Oliver, Jackson, hopefully Von, Torrence, McGovern and Brown. The main point of this post is to try and figure out how to get younger with key positions and not to hold on until it is too late. Hard decisions will need to be made and I think that starts with some players that still have value to other teams. The offense could still carry this team into the playoffs this year so I don't want any major changes until the offseason. I just hope they don't get stupid and start handing away key draft picks to replace the injuries that have taken place this year. Ride with what you have and see who can be next man up.
