  1. Not to get too complicated for you but yes, in a booming economy the lower end wage earners are going to get the largest percentage boost. It's the law of supply and demand, which has nothing to do with minimum wage laws. The market determines wages. When government tries to make the minimum wage higher than what the market is willing to pay then we get robots taking orders in places like Mickey D's or minimum wage earners in Seattle requesting fewer hours so they can still get government benefits.
  2. But still not connected to any state's minimum wage, eh?
  3. Sure, this is what the women in D.C. want:
  4. An observant person that actually drives around a state like NY would wonder why they are seeing signs everywhere begging for help and offering $11.75 and more for entry level jobs. Sorta makes one wonder how the minimum wage in NY caused the wages to jump way over what was mandated by law.
  5. I get it. Conservatives are so backwards that they don't go on line to hook up with strangers to have sex. How archaic.
  6. You are too good of a poster to not edit that.
  7. Colorado, how such short sighted you are. The Electoral College was created for states just like you.
  8. That'll put him back in good standing with the left.
  9. Hell, it could have been Planned Parenthood that outed him for those remarks. The lieutenant Governor is more abortion friendly than the Governor. The LG used to work for PP.
  10. Yes, but only with a MAGA hat on. Have they ever tried to wipe the smirk off Bill Maher's face?
  11. Let me help you get that song out of your head:
  12. They're too busy paving the way for a robust baby parts market.
  13. The VA proposed law muddies the waters to the point that no killing of a baby shortly after birth will ever meet the standards of infanticide.
  14. So, the governor/pediatrician thought the law allowed for what amounts to infanticide, and you say it clearly doesn't? I guess there must be some room for interpretation. If so, I wonder how many Drs., PA's, NP's and nurses might have some confusion too?
  15. Q: Why did God invent lawyers? A: So that real estate agents would have someone to look down on.
  16. Uh, I thought it was because the gloves didn't fit.
  17. From your link: It was insulting, but, on the other hand, I thought it was consistent with the way he behaves. Because, this spot he’s been running, saying that I believe that a child born with birth defects is born that way because of their parents’ sin is just a damnable, palpable, despicable lie. I don’t believe that. I never said anything like that. And it’s that kind of dishonesty that, to me, says this is not the kind of person that needs to be holding state-wide office. Not shaking my hand really just confirmed that. Ken Klukowski has a report detailing reaction from black civil rights leaders over the insulting snub.
  18. The left has always been partial to queens.
  19. Is it just blackface, or would a clear mask that distorted a Caucasians face to look Oriental be considered racist too? Asking for a friend.
  20. Your turn to play the public defender, eh?
  21. He was accomplished at gathering dirt on his opponents and getting them to drop out of races against him. That gave him the experience needed to turn the full force of the government against his opponents once he became POTUS.
  22. I never wore blackface but every time I travel on Bailey Ave. in Buffalo I see all these people that do. It's not like the governor was/is a pediatrician or anything.
