  1. Thanks. I'm a regular member of this forum even though I don't blog much however when I do have something to say I make sure its positive and makes sense.
  2. You may or may not be right but let destiny take its course. I can assure one thing: WE the FANS, former players, and the City Of Buffalo will do EVERYTHING we can to keep the Bills in Buffalo. We will not let her go without a fight.
  3. Bills and only the Bills even if it kills me! Once your a Bills fan you're grandfathered in for eternity. What we've been going through for the past 10 years is chump change compared to the Bills leaving Buffalo. Bills fans are built to withstand anything and everything. Get over it bro.
  4. I'm all for it too. What else do we have to lose? nothing else has worked why not take a chance.
  5. If Gailey is hired don't be surprised to see Tim Tebow in a Bills uniform because he fits Gailey's spread offense system perfectly and Buddy Nix's specialty is scouting players from the South. If this turns out to be true then the good ol boy network will be in full effect.
  6. Yankees- Miami Heat- I've been a big fan of them since day 1 Miami Hurricanes- ''The U'' baby!! My favorite college football team since I lived in Buffalo back in 1985. Pittsburgh Penguins- Sabres are my team but I've loved the Pens ever since the Sabres traded Tom Barrasso. It still bothers me to this day that we traded him but on the bright side I got a chance to see my most favorite hockey player win Back To Back Stanley Cups. Syracuse Orangemen, AC Milan, and San Diego State Aztecs college BB round it out.
  7. We are very deep at corner so trading one of them for a solid WR or O linemen in return would be an upgrade for us.
  8. Or Leodis or Mcgee trade for Boldin that sure would be sweet as well.
  9. We need to trade one of our corners to one of these two teams. They could sure use one. Both teams have been getting abused in the air all day.
  10. I was thinking the exact same way. Eerie isn't it?
  11. Wow! What a great show TNA put on tonight. First Jeff Hardy, followed by ''The Nature Boy'' Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, X-Pac, Hogan, Bischoff, Sting, and the Nasty Boys. Tonight felt like a WCW show from top to bottom and I'm loving it. This is the best show I've seen in many years. Lots of surprises tonight. I didn't even bother watching the WWE tonight even though Bret Hart was there. I figured Hart alone wouldn't be enough for me to tune in since TNA will have more surprises and be the better show. It looks like Hogan and Bischoff wants to push the young guys this time around and not make the same mistake they did in the WCW. For those that missed out on watchung TNA tonight I strongly suggest you watch the re-run this week. You will not be let down I promise. It looks like there will be a ratings war between TNA and WWE and we the fans will benefit from it because it will force Vince to improve his product.
  12. Marty just said he's ''not returning to football'' and ''already has a lot on his plate''. Count Marty out. Per Mike Schopp WGR.
  13. I agree. I would love to see Tebow as our new QB but it depends where we draft him because he's not a top 10 pick. If I were the Bills brass I would trade our potential top 10 pick with a team that's willing to swap 1st rd picks and receive an additional 2nd or 3rd pick in return then use those picks to potentially select Tebow and a Tackle to help solidify those positions. Tebow reminds me of JK if you take way Tebow's running the football ability because both are tough as nails that play with a LB's mentality, both are vocal leaders of their teams, and both are winners that hate to lose. Tebow is a perfect marriage with the Bills, its fans, and The City of Buffalo because they're one in the same. Tebow is a small town-blue collar type of guy that doesn't have an ego and isn't selfish just like the ''The City Of Good Neighbors'' are. If Tebow somehow ends up a Bill and perfoms well he will be a ''God'' In Buffalo just as he's to Gator Nation. Regardless of what happens between now and the end of the season one thing will most likely happen- whenever a new GM or Head Coach takes over for the most part they all like to bring in ''their'' guy at QB and Trent and Fitzy isn't ''their'' guy so its safe to say neither of the two will be named starter by management, and one will most likely be let go to bring in ''their'' guy be it through the Draft or FA. Based on the lack of quality available FA QB's next season my guess is it will come via the Draft.
  14. I also live outside of BLO but if I didn't and RW is willing to seriously and continuously invest in his team I would have no problem shelling out extra cash for a good product.
  15. I have no problems at all with RW raising prices across the board just as long as he seriously invests in his team and I'm sure most Bills fans will gladly support that as well if that's what it takes to succeed as a franchise. Show me you're committed RW and I will back you but if the status quo remains you wont see a dollar out of me.
  16. ''We are who we are''. Gotta admit at least he's not in denial. He couldn't have said it any better.
  17. The best way to handle the Jauron situation and a scenario that could very well happen: Tell Jauron we want to hire a new head coach next season but we want to make u defensive coordinator. Doing this would force Jauron to quit to avoid embarrassment and in the process save RW from having to buyout Jaurons contract, but if he doesn't quit and agrees to the demotion it wouldn't be so bad because Jauron is actually a decent Def Coordinator. Keep in mind he has worked wonders with the D considering all the injuries they've had and he's had success as DC in the past.
  18. Dom and Roy IMO are two of the best goalies of all time but my personal favorite will always be Tom Barrasso. To this day I am still pissed off that we traded him away to the Pens. Tommy B's accomplishments speak for themselves- first goalie to jump directly from high school to the NHL, Won Calder Trophy and Vezina Trophy as an 18 year old rookie, won B2B Stanley Cups in 91 and 92, most consecutive Stanley Cup victories with 14 including 11 to finish the post season, All time leader among goalies with 48 points all assists, 3.24 GAA, 38 SO, first U.S. born goalie to win 300 games, 369 victories rank second all-time among American-born goalies, and is one of the top 5 all time US born players. Tommy B was one hell of a goalie.
  19. Lol, its my birthday too. Bills just made my day, thank you very much.
  20. I agree. We've got 2 good backs who can do some serious damage to opposing defenses. We should at the very least try to impose our will on opposing D's and pound the rock 35+ times a game just like the Dolphins do. Even if its not successful at least it gives us a chance to win, what's wrong with that? If the fish can run a college style/sandlot football type of offense and be successful why can't we?
  21. There is something that RW holds dear to his heart and that is MONEY. Like I said in my earlier post ''Bills fans will not buy into the status quo next season''. RW knows if changes aren't made to most of the FO and coaching staff next season Bills fans will not spend money. Trying to sell us on signing a marquee player or two WILL NOT work this time around. The ONLY way to appease Bills fans is to blow up the FO.
  22. No I didn't but truth of the matter is even if RW fired Jauron before this season started and brought in another coach this team would still be a year or two away from being a legit playoff team. Retaining Jauron just for this season, and cutting and trading some high priced players actually saved us money to use when we need it most which is next season. These decisions by our FO going into this season were made by design. That is a reality that can't be ignored.
  23. Look on the bright side Bills fans, major changes will be made at the end of the season because RW knows that Bills fans will not buy into the status quo any longer, and that that status quo will not make him money for next season and beyond. Firing Jauron right now will not change anything. Accept reality Bills fans, this season is over. Here's what we should be looking forward to next year that will make us a better team. 1. Proven GM. We're actually going to have a real GM not a marketing guy who pretends to be one. 2. A new head coach, coaching staff, and scouting dept who will know what to do with this team. , 3. A top 5 pick in next years draft to finally get ourselves a FRANCHISE QB and by picking high in each round will give us an opportunity to retool this team. 4. Free Agency
