  1. i think we should keep all our picks and not trade up or down unless we absolutely have to. we. we have too many holes to fill so the extra picks will help .
  2. 1- john elway- the total package qb, run, throw, tough , greatest come from behind qb of all time. went to 4 superbowls. won 2. 2- tom brady- hate to say it but its true. he can will his team to victory with mediocre weapons, fiery, smart, 3 superbowl victory. 3- dan marino- greatest passer of all time, quickest release, fiery and vocal. rating would be higher if he won the big games. 4- joe montana- joe cool had ice in his veins, smart, can make all the throws, can come from behind, a winner. 5- peyton manning- smartest qb of all time and great passer. 6- brett farve- the ironman of football. greatest improvisor, quick release, nice arm, vocal and fiery. went to 2 superbowls. won 1 7- jim kelly- - toughest SOB that ever played the position( hed get plastered and get right back up) strong arm, fiery and vocal. rating would be in top 3 had it not been for 4 in a row( i dont want to say the words and u know why) , playing in arguably the worst weather in the NFL, and having to give the ball to thurman thomas. 8- john unitas 9- troy aikmen 10- warren moon
  3. think realistically bills fans. bills will not draft okoye or branch , even if both are available at 12. bills have too much invested in mccargo and theyll roll the dice for one more season plus well draft one in day one . that leaves the question mark at rb and mlb. if the bills release spikes before the draft then willis is the pick at 12 depending upon the 49ers. if the bills keep spikes then then mlb isnt a priority at pick 12. crowell moves to the middle , spikes and ellison are the outside backers thus the pick is for rb at 12. marshawn lynch is the player that will be available at 12. even if cleveland passes peterson up at 3 there will be a team that will move up to get em and the bills would not be able to dump extra picks because we have too many wholes to fill.
  4. i agree with ur assessment but i read a scouting report on lynch and it said that he runs effectively between the tackles.
  5. i just finished seeing the highlight film on lynch and he looked awesome. he has breakaway speed, power, can cut on a dime and still maintain speed, and can run between the tackles. check it out bills fans. youll love what u see and he did it vs good teams too.
  6. DT - big hole CB- not as bad as u think. kiwaukee thomas is a solid CB. hes a ballhawk too . he played real well late last season. youboty can come in and play nickel. well draft a CB . WR- we need a tall receiver esp. for red zone. royal will help in that dept. now that he doesnt have to always help pass protect . LB- were set but we need more depth. crowell will be the MLB . spikes and ellison round it out. if spikes is cut then we select patrick willis with out 12th pick.
  7. the guy is backing up arguably the gr8test back of all time in LT. give the guy a break.
  8. thurman thomas used to back up barry sanders at oklahoma state. whats the difference? u grade a player based on his production. turner rushed for over 600 yds this past season and hes the backup rb . those stats alone tell u that he is a starter in this league . when he gets his chance he will be a 1400yds per season back . i live in san diego so ive seen him play . hes the real deal.
  9. lamont jordan is as good back . its not his fault his o-line is trash. even with trash he put up respectable numbers and he played hurt and missed games last yr.
  10. i agree . there havent been many trades in nfl history where a team send there 1st rd pick for a rb . we all know its a way to get something rather than nothing but it has to be reasonable for both teams.
  11. unproven backup? this guy had over 600 yds in rushing and hes the backup. imagine what he would get as a starter. turner gets his touches throughout the whole game not just in mop up duty and he doesnt just go in for one carry and then goes out. they keep him in and finish series.
  12. i agree. let me remind all bills fans what our weaknesses were last yr on D. it was stopping the run. we need a DT . if branch or okoye is gone by pick 12 then we trade down and add picks. lynch is not worth a 12th pick. were set at linebacker. crowell will man the middle. takeo and ellison round it out.
  13. POZ REMINDS ME OF URLACHER. WHOVER DRAFTS HIM WILL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY ON EM. HE WILL BE POPULAR. JUST A GUT FEELING. POZ IS A FOOTBALL PLAYER. HE RAN IN THE 4.5s AT THE COMBINE AND DID WELL IN HIS DRILLS. IF THE BILLS MOVE DOWN WE SHOULD GET EM
  14. i live in san diego and ive seen turner play and hes the real deal. hes has size, speed, shiftiness, is a home run hitter, and he has character. he never once complained about his role on the team before or after the chargers tagged him. aj smith and levy are good friends. they talk all the time. if this trade happens it will be on draft day. 2 3rd round picks would make the deal happen. we dont lose any picks in this equation . we basically traded wills for turner . we just picked up a potential pro bowler and it wont cost us too much money to get em. we have the ammo to get em we just need to pull the trigger.
  15. peterson would be nice but we would have to give up our #12 pick and our second rd pick just to move up to #5 or 6th pick overall to get him and that can only happen if cleveland passes him up. id prefer we draft bush in the second rd if hes still there but if not then we should send our 2 3rd rd picks to san diego to land michael burner turner. levy and smith are in tight with each other and if that deal happens it will be on draft day. i live in san diego and ive seen turner play and hes the real deal. he has all the tools that you look for in a back. he has speed, power, cut back ability, field vision, and most of all game breaking ability. there is not many backs in the league who have that ability to go the distance , he has it. aj smith is the best gm in football. he knows and sees talent better than anyone in the nfl. dont let turner being mop up duty for LT fool u. we have the ammo to get em,we just need to pull the trigger.
