Obviously. Agree to an extension and trade. There's a big difference in trying to sign him in free agency where teams won't have to give up picks, and they just have to pay him a big contract. A team like dallas wouldbe abe to offer him less and hell accept because its dallas, not buffalo.

I would give up a 2nd next year in a heart beat. Deff not a 1st. If he gets free agency we won't get him unless we extremely over pay because dallas will offer him a lot and we all know how free agents and coming to buffalo is.

Yeah they changed the format for waiting in line too. Now you only have to wait in line for 2 hours, but you have to wait in line for each seperate day. It use to be once your in day 1, your in for whole draft.

Haha I wouldn't doubt if a lot of the fans are drunk! The first year I went, my friend and a few people in line next to us went to get a few beers to bring back. They ended up bringing back about 6 30 packs which was gone within an hour. Some of the people in line do some funny things. 2 years ago, leave it to bills fans, had a stack of fake 100 dollar bills and they were as close to real as could be. He placed them on the other side of the street and people would walk by picking them up and start going nuts. Its right across from nbc studios and rockefeller center so it gets pretty busy there.

I'm going and I found a site to get the tickets for the 2nd day and 3rd day printed offline. My friend use to work for disney and they sent him an email about free tickets for the last 2 days. The website is 1iota.com sign up with an email and you request them and then you print them out. Saves waiting in line for the last 2 days.

i think its a bigger possibility that we trade with the giants and we dont move as far down. They have the 15th pick and they need a MLB(Mcclain) and we can still get dan williams at that spot while picking up extra picks.

We also had 25 players on the IR last year, hopefully the new strength and training staff is better, sure can't be worse.

Draft mcclain at 9 and trade for shaun rogers since he's been on the trading block. Mcclain and poz as the inside linebackers, maybin/schobel and mitchell/maybin as the outside backers. Our secondary is fine, rogers as the nt. Seymour and stroud as des? Not too sure who's out there for 3-4 des.

Agreed, unless we get the top linebacker in free agency like a karlos dansby, the pick has to be mcclain. We need a identity and a star on defense, not to mention poz has had an injury every year and mitchell is coming off a knee injury. If we stick with the 4-3 we have mcclain at mlb and poz on one side and mitchell on the other along with maybin(depending on where they put him). I'd like to see him more at both de and lb like a terrel suggs type of role. The second round if we don't trade for mcnabb we use to for the best left tackle available. I think in free agency we go after a left tackle as well as a big dt. Might as well have a free agent left tackle and a 2nd rd pick compete for the job . I think the 3rd round pick should be either jermaine gresham tight end from oklahoma or a breakaway speed type of running back. If we don't trade for a veteran qb I say we take a qb. Its all gonna depend on our free agency approach.

Been told that for 13 years now , not to drive 6 hours to go see the bills play and not to pay for season tickets. But guess what i still do and will continue to just like ill be at the draft again.

Being that i go to the draft every year and i know there are a few others that attend as well just wanted to let everyone know the new draft dates and times. ROUND 1 is thursday, april 22nd at 730 pm ROUND 2 and 3 is friday april 23rd at 630 pm ROUND'S 4-7 are saturday at 10am Anyone that goes to the draft know when were suppose to get there and line up? I was use to arriving there at about 11pm the night before and just waiting in line.

Would love this draft bring back kelly. I say go for the best left tackle in free agency and this draft would be perfect.

how about mcclain and merriman to go with poz and mitchell? LT Marcus Mcneil from San Diego is also a free agent, maybe nix can get merriman and Mcneil? That would take care of our LT need, Mcclain and merriman would turn our linebacker core around to a great one. Then we have the rest of the draft to get some O and D line depth or maybe a WR at some point if TO isnt resigned.
