Wouldn't the penalty be enforced on the ensuing kickoff, virtually ensuring a touchback? Totally worth it.

It was inaccurately reported that he was "hit" with it. Let's agree that objects should not be thrown at players, the tradition is clearly to land it in the corner of the endzone after a Patriots TD.

For me there are 3 amazing images from this game: - Micah Hyde's interception - The graphic showing 7 consecutive TD possessions - Kendrick Bourne indignantly pointing out an object in the endzone. -

Besides, next year we likely have to adjust to a new OC and DC. -

It's almost impossible to imagine 4 games in a row at that level which was basically perfection. However, I believe that if the Bills stay focused, work hard on defense, and Josh keeps his head where it needs to be, they should be favored over any of the AFC teams. They have beaten KC and they lost to the Titans by a thin margin at a time when their defense was not playing as well as the last few games. An "A" game is needed to beat the playoff teams. Now - for the Super Bowl, they'd better bring the A+ game from last night. -
He'd just been hit and was near the sideline, for whatever reason he did not take the time to generate full power.

Be sure to add, no negative yardage plays before the kneeldowns. No sacks, no runs stuffed. -

Josh apparently said postgame that he meant to throw the first TD pass away and didn't realize Knox caught it at first. -

We are so lacking in confidence in our punter that we score on every drive to keep him off the field.- 547 replies

I realize they are all new and didn't play or coach here then. However, I do think that they are at least somewhat aware of what the fans think about - and are aware of team history. The players probably are not interested. Of course, it could have just been Daboll going for records. -

Another thing I thought was great in this game, was the Bills going for the TD when we were up 40-10. Against any other team, we probably would have run the ball. But... BB used to come in here with Brady and run up scores of 40 or 50+ against Dick Jauron and the other bad Bills teams. Payback was needed for our fans and our team delivered.- 547 replies

This was Josh at his best but ALSO with the rest of the team fired up and ready to win. In addition to no sacks, I don't think they had a negative yard rushing play.
