That's debatable. Evans is close. Just because he hasn't made any Pro Bowls doesn't mean he hasn't been a better player than Peters. If Lynch can stay out of trouble he'll be be better also.

Deservedly so...but honestly with the money the #1 pick makes nowadays why wouldn't you sign a QB? It's about the only position you'll be able to go at or below market value.

Um...I think like isn't the word I would use for that scenario. There was a post about no matter what combination it is tomorrow fans would be upset...you'd be crazy to be upset with that 1-2-3 combo (either of them).

Usually the booing of Mike Schmidt and the cheering of the Irvin injury get pointed to but I agree. I'm from Boston and I think Boston fans are misunderstood much like Philly fans. They are just extremely passionate. The only reason I don't like Pats fans is because I know most of them are bandwagon hoppers.

I love how he throws in "Russ never made the playoffs either" likes it's a big burn on him. He's only had one try. Not like it's a huge insult.

Say it with me now...because Roscoe is not that good. Sure he's a hell of a punt returner but let's save the luxuries for the Steelers and Patriots of the world. He makes 3.5 a year and can't contribute on offense. We have too many holes to be spending that much on a guy who can only positively contribute to 4 or 5 plays a game. But I guess Roscoe will get the Crowell treatment now and everyone will make him out to be better than he is because the team is dumping him. He's had plenty of time to develop into a receiver but he hasn't done it so far...what makes you think that he will do it at all?

Maybe that's how desperate they were to get that competent help for the three games. They needed to overcompensate.
