    The first thing that came to mind when I saw this post was "Wow, were were over .500 that late in the season?" That's pretty bad.

    I kind of feel it was almost like it was the other way around. Miami was poorly conditioned and they got gassed unusually quickly and Brady saw it and took advantage. And once he took advantage...game over. By comparison, we looked exceptionally well conditioned for our game on Sunday and the announcers made several mentions of it.

    Not to split hairs but wasn't that one on Fitzpatrick. IIRC he overthrew CJ by about 5-10 yards.

    Maybe so but my point is that comment was out of line (The "no inside sources and never will" line) and that is pretty much what this thread is all about.

    Late to the party, and it may have been said but damn this thread is ten pages already...but I'm pretty sure that JW is the only guy in the whole country who still gets quotes from Ralph himself so saying that he has no inside sources and he never has is quite a bit off base.

    Couple things - you ask yourself why these guys are still out in free agency, most of them are hardened veteran guys. Two main reasons they are still out there. 1) They are not in good enough shape so they are not being signed and 2) they are in good enough shape but are likely near their swan song and are hoping a New England of Philly or NYJ calls them.

    Brady is going nowhere anytime soon. Belichick drafted Mallet for the sole reason of propping him up in pre-season games and meaningless regular season action so he can trade him for a haul in a few years.

    I went the opposite way...after watching the replay I don't think it was bad as everyone said it was.
