And well that really doesn't translate well into the NFL (ex. Alex Smith). They are not winning because of him this year, they are winning because of their defense. Most of this is because of the regime change in Denver. Mike Shanahan clearly wore out his welcome and Josh Daniels and Mike Nolan have provided a culture change in Denver.
