I don't dislike the pick but would have taken Hill who ironically went to Houston with very next pick. We just took fine last year in fourth to be the route runner, we need a blocker and Hill can block. He also could transition into tackle.

since we pick 11 in order to equal the middle of round two (the link was referring to the 9th or 10th choice which has obvious greater value) we would need to throw in our own 4th round pick (we would still have a compensatry choice later in round) and then per the draft guide it would equal the 15 pick in the second round...sure he might want a contract, but obviously Bills have some relationship since we made the spikes deal with them..it make sense for all sides since the offensive tackle they desparately need will go soon after the Bills pick at 11.. the josh reed thing is just plain stupid

there is no question adrian peterson (chicago) is a player the Bills should look into--I wouldn't mind trading most of our first day picks for the other either

the point was that shanahan thinks he is a genius and does not like Bell--therefore he would trade for Willis in his contract year acting as if he stole him from old man levy

actually Peterson is a victim of the Maurice Clarett rule--if wa allowed to come out after his freshman year he probaly goes in top three picks and is now a pro bowl running back, but after two years of getting beat up against 8 or 9 in the box with no offensive line and a team with no quarterback he now is a risky pick.
