  1. Bruschi, you're next!!!!!
  2. NFL took their camera away.
  3. It's been so long since we've watched a team overcome a gut-punch like the Raiders 85 yd td with 6 to play and march right back down the field for a td, let alone followed by a d stand and another score. Just.... I'm just so f'n thrilled right now! TE, man, who knew?!
  4. Waht! Dude, we've loved ouah Patriats fah yeahs! Since Vrabel, Brady, Welkah, uhhh, those othah guys.... uhhh.... go Sawx and Celtics!!!
  5. FTW, dude! Right on, for all the mistakes and bad play, the Bills got the W!
  6. YAY! THE BILLS WON A CRAZY GAME!!!! JP SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. We learned- don't believe the hype, we might need to wait until after the bye week to see Peters at his old form, Marshawn Lynch knows how to play (maybe I already knew that one), and don't walk into the end zone in front of Donte Whitner!
  8. Right, I understood it as well but it was a stupid point to keep driving- the Bills were within the 20 and he kept saying- go for the FG here! If you're that close to a TD, you go for it!
  9. I was thinking the same thing at the time- Fouts, are you watching the same game I am?
  10. Where were you, at Giants camp? I grew up there an in my 18 years of living in the Capital District never once got weird looks for wearing Bills stuff. Plenty of Bills fans in the area. But, you're right, regrettably little Bills merchandise at the malls.
  11. They shout USA for Hulk Hogan, too.
  12. My buddy's uncle owns that company, actually. He took a flier on the old Fillmore stuff and has turned a tremendous profit on it. They've got some really cool authentic posters and tshirts and the like from back in the day, if you've got the money to spare on that kind of stuff. Also, I haven't read the thread, but no best live album list is complete without the Grateful Dead's Europe '72.
  13. She might as well drop him from the ticket this year. She'd probably do better on her own.
  14. I think you might have a point there. I really like Michael Silver over at Yahoo! Sports. He's a great writer and doesn't fellate pro bowlers or the cowboys every article. Since Yahoo! doesn't broadcast games, it does not have to push certain agendas and can provide more accurate analysis than a website that is increasingly devoted to making sure we all watch MNF. Tim Graham not included- he's pretty fair handed in covering all the AFC East teams at espn.com.
  15. Thankfully, no Americans were injured. Sadly, though, 4 bystanders and 6 Yemeni security guards were killed. And the 6 aholes that did it died. All this per NYT. No word on any organization taking responsibility yet.
  16. BEASTMODE! The dude always tacks on an extra yard or so through sheer will and force.
  17. Definitely a good read. I think Casserly is a pretty sharp guy and I respect his input. True, it's nothing we've haven't known ourselves, but I can't get enough of hearing about our great young talent.
  18. I don't think it's a rivalry yet- we'd need some more consistent big time games. Yet, I'll always hate them for the '96 playoff win at Rich. Kelly's last game.
  19. Is your avatar doing capoeira? That's awesome! Happy bday
  20. Yeah, I think next week's game is more of a trap game. To me, trap game means that the next game (so in this case the St. Louis game in two weeks) is against a big opponent, so you overlook the easier opponent in anticipation of the more difficult opponent later on. I really doubt anyone is looking towards the Rams game as a big time game. If the Cardinals win next week, however, I think it could possibly make the Rams game a trap game. The Raiders game is more "don't F this one up if you want me to keep my sanity" game.
  21. I really like the Eagles helmets, and the Vikings and Rams. They all make it as if they are the thing they are, ie, the Eagles have wings on their helmets, Vikings have the Viking horns, and the Rams have Ram horns, making them more like the animal/barbarian they are supposed to be. I always thought that was pretty cool. I do like the older colors though for the Eagles and Rams.
  22. It's easy to take the high road and disparage these tactics when you aren't campaigning or are a one-sided victim of it. However, they've been shown to work, regardless of their despicable nature. When you're this close, sometimes you have to make compromises in order to be victorious. I guess what I'm saying is- I don't agree with it, but I understand it.
  23. Didn't both the UK and Spain send troops to Iraq? IIRC, the Madrid bombings were in response to Spain's aid as a warning not to fight. Also, Stripes was probably the first time I saw boobies, it was on HBO and it was glorious.
