OFFENSIVE LINEMAN PASHOS ON TRADE BLOCK
Fingon replied to Glass To The Arson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
2009 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc. Grade: 68 | Key Comment: Pashos has been with two teams during his seven year career, four seasons with Baltimore and the past three with Jacksonville. He started all 16 games at right tackle for the Jaguars in 2008 and does a good job of anchoring that side of the offensive line. He is a massive tackle with long arms, excellent strength and adequate athleticism. He is a powerful drive blocker that often simply engulfs opponents and uses his long arms to lock up opponents and drive them off the line. He is not a natural knee bender and has to work to keep his pad level down to leverage his blocks. He tends to grab wide to engulf opponents and has just enough foot agility to work his way around and seal opponents off. He has limited lateral range in pass protection and often has to turn his hips to run rushers on by the pocket. He is susceptible to counter moves but can sink his hips to hunker down versus the bull rush. 2009 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc. Grade: 68 | Key Comment: The past two seasons, Walker has been a steady performer at the right tackle position for the Bills. Langston is a seven-year veteran who has outstanding size but limited athletic ability. He isn't a powerful blocker at the point of attack, but Walker can lock on and stay connected once engaged. He is a solid reactor to stunts and twists and has a feel for body positioning and how to gain leverage. His long arms and initial punch keeps defenders at bay. Walker lacks the great lateral agility, quickness and balance to be effective in space and on the second level. He has a tough time staying connected versus athletic defenders and hitting moving targets. 2009 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc. Grade: 67 | Key Comment: Butler is a big body with average power and athletic ability who has settled in as the starting guard for the Bills. In three seasons, he's shown steady improvement as both a run and pass blocker. He is a tough competitor who wins with effort, technique and intelligence. He has developed his hand use and ability to leverage his opponent with proper angles and body positioning. Butler isn't an explosive run blocker, but he can wall off defenders effectively with technique and active hands. He is limited on the second level with the apparent lack of lateral agility, quickness and balance. He isn't an upgrade. -
Yet, if you look at the budgets that Reagan submitted to Congress, you will see that they are far lower in cost. I don't see how you can blame the deficit on him, when he advocated much less spending than what congress actually approved.

Like Windows 7? -
Wait, how is Reagan responsible for the deficit spending during his presidency? If you looked at his proposed budgets, you would see that the deficit would have been a mere fraction of what it actually was. You can blame the democratically controlled congress for the debt.

Bell may be an enigma to you, but he isn't to the coaches. -
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...-a-big-problem/ Just confirms what we already knew. His accuser is nothing more than a money grubbing whore. Edit: More Hilarity from McNulty http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/...t-damaging-yet/

John Mackey's solution to the health care "crisis"
Fingon replied to Fingon's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Come on, don't be so ignorant. Do you really think the whole "no pesticide, hormones, anti-biotics, etc.." sh-- is put there to make people think about farm sustainability? -
He's too busy selling cocaine, and extorting corporations.

That's not the way that it's marketed. -
John Mackey's solution to the health care "crisis"
Fingon replied to Fingon's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yes, organic food is one of the biggest scams out there. There have been numerous studies which show that eating organic food has no affect on life expectancy. -
And O.J. was never convicted, either.

Anyone other than a Kennedy would have been charged with manslaughter. I'll remember TK for killing someone, just like everyone will remember O.J. for killing two people.

John Mackey's solution to the health care "crisis"
Fingon replied to Fingon's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Would we even be talking about health care reform if only a few million people were uninsured? -
Anybody wonder, why the "blue" states
Fingon replied to stuckincincy's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I'm guessing it's because the red states don't have the huge financial obligations that go along with enormous government spending. They have fewer employees to pay, and their economies aren't as reliant on money from the state coffers (which has dried up). -

His plan would decrease the overall cost of health care, which would leave companies, individuals, and the government with more money. -
John Mackey's solution to the health care "crisis"
Fingon replied to Fingon's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Honestly, a lot of our country's problems have been solved through charity. If you need food, go to a soup kitchen, if you need clothes, go to good will, etc. I think what Mackey is getting at, is that no matter the cost, there will always be some uninsured. His plan would certainly greatly decrease the cost of health care. -
LB Adam Seward released by Colts
Fingon replied to DIE HARD 1967's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Grade: 52 | Key Comment: Seward is a big, powerful linebacker who is more of an inside thumper than an explosive athletic run-and-hit linebacker. He would probably fit better in a 3-4 defensive scheme. He is an aggressive, downhill linebacker that loves to take on people and deliver blows. He has above-average, straight-line speed, but can struggle when he needs to break down and change directions or bend the corner to chase. He does not look real quick or agile in his pass drops and is a bit stiff in the hips, when opening up to turn and run or chase. He can be effective on special teams due to his aggressive nature and straight-line speed. -
Edwards averaged 1 TD pass per VICTORY in 2008
Fingon replied to Billistic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Where do you get the selective memory crap? He was merely responding to your idiotic statement that Edwards was sloppy vs The Chargers. -
