1. "Nuh uh you're wrong" Lets see ANYTHING that contradicts these studies. Evidence against marijuana helping people with crohn's: Oh wait, there isn't any. Oh wait, here's more: This is the first clinical trial on the effect of Cannabis in IBD and it confirms what has been suggested for a long time from experimental studies, namely that cannabinoids may provide antiinflammatory effects and symptomatic benefit in patients with IBD. The physiological fundament for the beneficial effects of Cannabis has been established a while ago and unraveled since then. The discovery of cannabinoid receptors and endogenous molecules activating these receptors led to the description of a coordinated network that is inherent to the mammalian organism, the so-called endocannabinoid system. This system consists of the canonical CB receptors (cannabinoid receptor 1 and 2; CB1, CB2), their endogeneous ligands anandamide and 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2-AG), also called endocannabinoids, and their synthesizing and degrading enzymes. What capsaicin, the pungent ingredient of chili, is for vanilloid receptors and morphin for opioid receptors, is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychodelic ingredient of Cannabis, for cannabinoid (CB) receptors: the predominant herbal ligand. Thus, THC mimics the actions of anandamide and 2-AG. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4076530/ Still waiting on a single study that contradicts any that I have posted. Come on guys, I know you can do it. I'll be over here while the evidence piles up that cannabis does help those with crohn's.
2. Here's the list of studies that show medical marijuana doesn't help Crohn's:
3. I'd like to hear about some studies that don't show that medical marijuana helps people with Crohn's. RESULTS:Of the 30 patients 21 improved significantly after treatment with cannabis. The average Harvey Bradshaw index improved from 14 +/- 6.7 to 7 +/- 4.7 (P < 0.001). The need for other medication was significantly reduced. Fifteen of the patients had 19 surgeries during an average period of 9 years before cannabis use, but only 2 required surgery during an average period of 3 years of cannabis use. CONCLUSIONS:This is the first report of cannabis use in Crohn's disease in humans. The results indicate that cannabis may have a positive effect on disease activity, as reflected by reduction in disease activity index and in the need for other drugs and surgery. Prospective placebo-controlled studies are warranted to fully evaluate the efficacy and side effects of cannabis in CD. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21910367 I'd keep posting evidence, but the response is just "Nuh uh only 30 people in the study."
4. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23648372 RESULTS:Complete remission (CDAI score, <150) was achieved by 5 of 11 subjects in the cannabis group (45%) and 1 of 10 in the placebo group (10%; P = .43). A clinical response (decrease in CDAI score of >100) was observed in 10 of 11 subjects in the cannabis group (90%; from 330 ± 105 to 152 ± 109) and 4 of 10 in the placebo group (40%; from 373 ± 94 to 306 ± 143; P = .028). Three patients in the cannabis group were weaned from steroid dependency. Subjects receiving cannabis reported improved appetite and sleep, with no significant side effects. CONCLUSIONS:Although the primary end point of the study (induction of remission) was not achieved, a short course (8 weeks) of THC-rich cannabis produced significant clinical, steroid-free benefits to 10 of 11 patients with active Crohn's disease, compared with placebo, without side effects. Further studies, with larger patient groups and a nonsmoking mode of intake, are warranted.
5. Yeah, I'm sure following the rules is the first thing on your mind when your Dr. says something could help you avoid losing even more of your intestines.
6. It's a little disturbing that NFL fans are outraged at the league for not punishing criminal behavior, and yet none of that outrage is directed at the prosecutor that declined to press charges. It's like fans only care about how many games a player misses and not what legal punishment they get.
7. Rex said hes a leader in the locker room and elevates the preparation of whatever room he's in. They're having to look for ways to get him involved in the defense because Brown/Brown are playing so well at ILB.
8. As a 25 year old just getting into metal... Holy !@#$ was Ronnie James Dio a metal god. He's definitely in my top-10 greatest Rock singers of all time. Heaven and Hell is one of the best albums I've ever heard. RIP Dio the world is a shittier place without you.

10. The 49ers are actually offended by it. He's down to less than 220 lbs, and it's one of the reasons they aren't happy with him.
11. Yeah, he was an incredible play maker under Pettine, but has never played as well as he did in his rookie season. I think he's finally returning to the player that we saw during that year.
12. Probably because most of these guys aren't actually risking anything. You can be tested once per year if you're not in the substance abuse program, and after that you can smoke all you want until next training camp. The only people that are actually risking anything are those that are in the substance abuse program and can be tested like twice a week.
13. Terrorism is a legitimate concern, but let's not act like that's the reason for this. The real reason is that Mark Poloncarz has been breathing down their necks trying to stop Bills fans from going viral on YouTube. We literally have him saying that he will be doing exactly that. Let's also not act like terrorism is a new concern, as 9/11 happened 15 years ago. It's awfully strange they need to patrol people's back yards for terrorists after Deadspin posts a "Year in Bills Fans" video.
14. They wouldn't be the villain if they were just upfront about the reason for patrolling the lots.
15. At least they can be honest about it and not claim they are doing it to fight terrorism.
16. You have to get a permit to be able to have people park on your lot. They are trying to have the requirement to waive your 4th amendment rights in order to get a permit. Interesting that this all starts the season after Bills fans go viral on youtube. It's definitely about terrorism, though.
17. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/06/22/orchard-park-board-discusses-proposal-for-police-access-to-private-parking-lots-on-game-days-at-stadium/ Bull ****, we all know the primary reason is that you don't want people destroying folding tables on youtube. It's pretty shameful that they would use the guise of terrorism to justify stopping people from breaking tables. No one was talking about this before a year ago. Let's go back a little bit and see what Mark Poloncarz had to say last season: http://wivb.com/2016/01/04/county-officials-react-to-bills-fan-behavior/
18. Wouldn't analytics tell you that a smashmouth football team is the way to build an offense? LBs are constantly getting smaller, to the point that perhaps the best run stopping LB in the league is jobless (Brandon Spikes). If there ever was an era to build a smashmouth offense it's this one. Teams are basically turning their LBs into safeties in order to stop the pass, so logic would dictate the run is the way to counter. Getting guys like Incognito in the phonebooth with some 225 pound linebacker is an advantage you can build an offense around, IMO.
19. Like everyone else, he had skeletons in his closet. Sometimes he said retarded **** like white people cause gays and hurricanes, but he was very similar to Malcom X. He reformed his views after converting to Sunni Islam from The Nation of Islam. He had an amazing life story that I don't think the Will Smith biopic did justice to.
20. SJW= Social Justice Warrior. SJWs are generally crazy people that believe some really crazy ****. These are people that think air conditioning is sexist: Apparently it's sexist to ban all single gender clubs, and not exclude women from that rule: https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2016/05/09/harvard-women-rally-against-single-gender-policy/h8AqIk3ub40v2cnLap4gFP/story.html There are many, many more examples but the general rule is that SJWs wish the oppressed to become the opressors.
21. All three rush the passer. People say Ragland is only a 2 down player, but blitzing on 3rd down makes you a 3 down player.
22. The Bills need a backup center/guard anyway. I'm not saying draft one in the third round, but it doesn't mean all that much if they do.
