    The NFL isn't the same as it was back in the 1990s. 4000 yards isn't a big deal anymore. Especially since TE had the 11th best YPA in the NFL last year, and that should only improve.

    Even the best QBs don't have more than a few 300 yard days a year. It's all about efficiency in the passing game. I would think Trent's YPA will be the greatest measure of his performance.

    I wouldn't say our playoff hopes hinge on an OLB. The most important piece is already on our team... Trent Edwards. If he plays well, we make the playoffs.

    A couple games this year, sure. I think he will average 250 yards a game.

    Maybin ran the 10 yard split in 1.55 seconds which is "great" according to yahoo sports. It was first among DTs.

    A They picked up a lot of guys who should be starting by the end of the season. Can't ask anymore than that.

    Wait, you give the draft a C- if the 6th and 7th round picks get cut? You realize that any lineman taken at those spots would probably be cut as well?

    Any lineman would probably be cut as well, it's just that the CBs have a better chance at making the team because of special teams play.

    The point is that the 6th and 7th round picks the Bills got can play ST. The Lineman wouldn't make the team because they can't contribute on April's squad.

    Would a 6th round DT make the team? How about a 7th round OT? The answer? Very unlikely. At least CBs are valuable on ST.

    Bell wouldn't cause TE to get hurt. He just won't get great push in the running game (unless he's gotten a lot stronger, which is likely). The one thing Bell does well is pass block.
