I haven't been bitching about anything, nor have I turned the issue into an indictment of liberalism. Whether it's your intention to do so or not, you sound like you're turning the issue of homelessness into one based on lack of transportation - that's certainly the implication in the article in the OP. If there are homeless people whose greatest issue is to obtain assistance getting somewhere where they can be taken care of, then that's obviously a good thing to consider. I just don't think that moving homeless people from point A to point B is truly an effective way to address the overall problem of homelessness. It sounds more to me like they're just trying to rid themselves of vagrants.
