  1. Funny. Your experience is simular to mind except I was working at a McDonald's in Lewisville TX. I was not a Buffalo fan yet but I also worked at Xerox so I knew a lot of people that were so was rooting for Buffalo. We didn't have a TV though so I would ask people if they had a score. Thought Buffalo was going to win.
  2. And SB opponent walk through tapes.
  3. Why did the temperatures go down substantially in 1963, 1973, 1983, 2012, and 1998 while the CO2 was climbing?
  4. I was at the airport getting ready to fly to Buffalo for a game. My wife, the social media butterfly, tells me, there was an embassy blown up by protestors because of an internet video. I'm thinking, it's September 11. Those "protestors" had some serious fire power to gather together at the last minute due to a video. Didn't make sense. Still doesn't. And then there was that email to Chelsea ... https://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2015/10/22/hillary-clintons-email-to-chelsea-stars-in-benghazi-hearing/
  5. 1998 - We had our spot racked up and went into NO with Rob Johnson as QB and laid it on Iron Mike and the hapless Saints. https://www.footballdb.com/games/boxscore.html?gid=1998122706. I was at that game and very dissapointed Flutie did not play. 1999 - Who could forget Rob Johnson's massive performance winning him the starting job vs Tennessee? https://www.footballdb.com/games/boxscore.html?gid=2000010206
  6. I'm thinking it's Texans > 2nd seed > 6th seed. Then the AFC Championship game is OUR HOUSE!
  7. I don't think our offense is to the point where we can say, we got this under control and can put it on ice for a week only to get out a week later fresh. Our defense maybe, but after last week, maybe not. If any starters have nagging injuries etc then hold them out. Otherwise play everyone most of the game. Damn the torpedoes, we need the practice.
  8. and of those 31 teams thAt have thrown for 300 yards, 22 of them are behind us in the W column.
  9. "Stable"? We only have one RB we can actually give the football to. The Yeldon thing is puzzling. If he's a fumbler why did they sign him? If he's not a process guy, why did they sign him?
  10. Looks like she has only 3 fingers. Does she have Mickey Mouse hands?
  11. Grassley tweets sound like they are from a teeny bopper too like Trump's.
  12. We have picked.a.defensive player in the 1st round of every draft since THE PROCESS arrived. Will be interesting to see if that continues into their 4th draft. Seems to be working.
  13. I vote for a fake walkthrough and don't use the radio helmets. Siganal the plays in instead or shuffle a player in with them. Be careful what you say in the locker room.
  14. Not me. I told my wife he's OK and will be back, and he was It was my shade tree diagnosis based on no physical evidence but it was right
  15. The one I have heard that I like is Buffalo has made the playoffs for the 2nd time in 3 years.
  16. thanks for the reminder cuz I don't remember that. I remember him catching pretty much everything. He had the occasional drop but caught most. I especially remember this catch in his 4th game as a Bill vs the SB defending champs on a 42 yard bomb from EJ. (Nice pass) I was at this game. It was a sweet win.
  17. If I ever get asked questions in an exit poll I will tell the opposite of what I did. But I won't since I live in a state will mail in voting.
  18. Are you sure about that? In 2016, 35% of 18-24 year olds voted for Trump, 25-29 39%, 30-39 40%. and 40-49 50%. 50+ 53% https://www.statista.com/statistics/631231/voter-turnout-of-the-exit-polls-of-the-2016-elections-by-age/
  19. They say that when people are married and live together for a long time they start to look alike. In the Jones' case it's because they have the same plastic surgeon.
  20. We'll burn that bridge if/when we get there. Until then, 1-0.
  21. I feel your pain. My hatred of the Stealers runs a little deeper than yours in some ways. Mine started in the 1970s SB X and SB XIII. Grew up in Dallas as a huge Tom Landry era Cowboys fan. I sold programs at the games. Those were heart breaking losses. Then I moved to Seattle years later and was a member of the 2005 Seattle Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline and we got to go to the Super Bowl and it was against the Stealers again with the same heart breaking result. Of course there have also been many tough defeats to them by us. 2004, the 2010 SJ drop, the 2016 ram it down our throat in a snow storm game at the Ralph. So, yeah ...
  22. Thanks. I was not aware he had actually said that. Common sense would say he worked on it in the off season and works on it every day seeings to how he is a professional and all with nothing else to do besides play football.
  23. How do we know he didn't practice long passes last summer too?
