You cant replace your 2 best players, The problem is a lack of overall talent. Our defensive coordinator is bad but you still cant polish a turd.

Need to draft a QB....let him groom behind fitz for a year or two...Fitz is not good enough he is a stop gap

when we are officially out of playoff contention we should see Aaron Williams lined up more on the outside.

We wont go 5-2 and wont see the playoffs. especially without Williams and Wood. Should beat Miami twice, doubtful we beat NY at NY, We wont be able to come up with a scheme to stop Tebow,not to mention Denver's starters manhandled ours in the preseason. Rivers will pick our defense apart, as any above average QB seems to...could very well beat Tennessee....we finish 8-8

I would rank it by using a hybrid defense...if you line up 4-3 back up defensive tackles at linebacker or a back up safety at linebacker or put a small backup linebacker with his hand down your defensive line you defense is going to be pretty bad. Good defensive have linebackers playing linebacker, lineman on the line, safeties at safety.

He inherited Jaurons mess...after gutting that roster he went 4-12 now hes looking at going 7-9 - 8-8 until this team stops improving every year can we start calling for his head. This team needs more talent and a QB.

Chans the reason why we had some excitement this year, he is the reason our offense has had some success with a big lack of talent.....Fitz was a bad QB before Gailey and is probably a bad QB without him, despite popular belief on TBD he really isn't that good anyway. Fewell would have been a better option at DC than Edwards but he was nothing special either and I believe he wanted to leave when he wasn't awarded the HC job...In NY he inherited a solid defense with players that fit the scheme. Lets not start calling for his head already.

Levitre is the back up center... so it will be Bell/Hairston-Rhinehart-Levitre-Urbik-Pears

.500 is pretty good after a 4-12 season, we at least got some excitement out of the season. Injuries to our 2 best players Is hard to overcome...especially when you don't have many good players to begin with. We are still rebuilding and aren't half the mess we have been with previous staffs.

Revis and Newman aren't exactly slouches at the CB position, doesnt exactly have good help at the receiver position, doesn't have an all pro QB. FYI just because he wants to be paid like a #1 receiver doesn't mean he will agree to less, what is he suppose to do go around saying hey I want #2 money??? We have 4 good players on offense Fred Jackson, Eric Wood, Andy Levitre, and Stevie Johnson we need to keep them and add a big strong receiver to complement them.

Not sure what good #2 receiver money is but that what he should get, after canning McKelvin we should be able to get him signed
