Didn't have any picture issues, but every three minutes or so, the sound cut out for a split second. Wish the sound would cut out every time Collinsworth opened his pie hole...
Anybody else have any tech issues?

MIA-BAL will remain in the CBS 1 PM slot 12/31.
NE-KC will remain the feature late game in the 4:25 PM slot on CBS.
GB-MIN will remain on SNF.
The late CBS game is Cincinnati at KC...which makes it a lot more watchable.

Fire up the ol' Zenith, wrap your rabbit ears with tin foil, place a metal colander on your head, and while holding on to the rabbit ears, stick your colander embraced head out the window, facing west toward Buffalo. This should get you the game.

There was a cold case on Homicide-Life on the Street that involved the murder of a little girl and how that case weighed on the detectives. Doing some research I found that this episode won Tom Fontana a writing Emmy. I always thought they could make a full length film with some of the those same characters in which the cold case was solved. There is huge drama involved in the closure of cold cases, such that they can make a TV series based on the real life examples of when it has happened. It would have been solid with Andre as the lead or somehow involved. Also in the research, the Adena Watson story line was based on an actual case in the city of Baltimore and out of respect for the family the producers decided to not have a resolution to it. I wonder if that is still true.
Can't believe Homicide is not streaming anywhere...one of the best shows of all time for me.

That is how the service works......the Bills game was NOT part of the sunday ticket....it was on your local TV. Youtube is not authorized to broadcast the games on local TV. Because the other game went long you were at the mercy of the network....that is where the ONLY option is a "stream".

The NFL Shop commercials are like teeth down a blackboard...and the Bud Light "Sunday Kinda Love" montage is wearing thin, especially the bartender who seems to "find" the Bills game on the TV as it's happening.

Thank you so much for the acknowledgement...I served during the Carter Cold War years and the closest I came to any action, thankfully, was when a Russian MiG buzzed my carrier off Gitmo.

If the Bills end up 10-7, that should at least get them a wildcard spot. Wins vs. Denver, NYJ, Dallas (at home), New England (at home), and either at LAC or at Miami (where it will be filled with Bills fans).
The AFC Central, er, North, will beat each other up, with Baltimore winning it (Fish have to play there later this season).
The always irrelevant AFC South will send only Jax, who will host the annual ESPN early Saturday playoff game.
The West will only send KC.
Bottom line: just get in.

Watched "JFK, One Day in America" last night on Disney+ Three 45 minute segments, a lot of commentary by Clint Hill, Jackie's Secret Service lead. Good stuff, with some footage I've never seen before.

This too, the clock would still be running and Jones would have to down the ball...might not have been able to get two plays off at that point.

Started watching last night, it's outstanding. Burns is the master storyteller.
What "new spin" would you suggest Burns use? It's documentary filmmaking, not a Marvel movie.

The "policy" was a game needed to be sold out 72 hours before kickoff to be televised. It was never a "rule" or even a league "bylaw." Seemed the policy shifted week to week and team to team. Teams (owners) often got "permission" from the league office to extend the deadline if a sellout was close.
So glad the league has jettisoned this policy.
