Bills clock management was awful and Dolphins were equally inept with passing on that 3rd and 8 with Bills having no Timeout. Odoms play amazing and set up by a great pressure from Conan. So great. Go Bills.

Yes, there were several opportunities to spike the ball and conserve some time...but it worked out perfectly.

  2. I'm rooting for a real long shot, UDFA Stephen Gosnell from Virginia Tech.  I've watched him the last few years, and he was grossly underutilized at Tech, mainly because they didn't have a QB that could get him the ball.  He's wearing Steve Tasker's number, so maybe that's a good omen.

Wanted to see Goo Goo Dolls at Wolf Trap, Virginia next month...sold out.  Ok, went to the aftermarket sites, $200+ for the lawn...ouch!

Some new developments from YouTube - mainly discounts for new subscribers, military, first responders, health care workers, and teachers.  They also announced month to month pricing.

I've updated my OP with this also:

When I signed up with the military/etc. Red Zone option last week, it gave me the option to pay $20/12 months or the whole $240.

OK, this thread ran off the rails. Someone just tell me the most cost effective way of watching the most Bills games. I'm just not sure I'm doing the YouTube route this year.

Seriously.  Move the "I'm a better human" vs. "I'm a better capitalist" to another board.

One of the greatest. Aside from the sun, nothing says summer more than a Beach Boys song. Liked them so much I bit the bullet for this hard to find CD couple years back. The quality is amazing.

My mother introduced me to the Beach Boys, as well as Elvis and The Four Seasons. She played their 45’s. I remember it to be around ‘65, me being 6 or 7, I know that because we still lived in a basement apt. in the city and moved soon after. I was the oldest, my mother was 17 when I was born. Just one of those childhood memories that happens to be fond is all.

I had this double album when it came out in 1974.

So you just buy the Sunday ticket but don't have Youtube TV? I tried last year and was told that I had to have YTTV to get the ticket.  I will double check, that would be great.

You certainly do not need YTTV to get ST.  However, I think it's about $100 more without YTTV.

2.2 billion got WNY exactly what 2.2 billion gets you in WNY.

First of all you're going to have to grease the local politicians for the sudden zoning problems that always come up. Then there's the kickbacks to the carpenters, and if you plan on using any cement in this building I'm sure the teamsters would like to have a little chat with ya, and that'll cost ya. Oh and don't forget a little something for the building inspectors. Then there's long term costs such as waste disposal. I don't know if you're familiar with who runs that business but I assure you it's not the boy scouts.

Best thing to do is by individual tickets on a game-by-game basis. You avoid the PSL fee this way, but you can still go to all the games. The only thing is you won't be sitting in the same seats every game like a season ticket holder does, but you will still be at all the games and your wallet won't take that big hit from PSL's.

Have the Bills actually said that they are holding back some tickets for individual games?  I don't recall ever seeing that.

I have had the chance to live and work all over WNY; Rochester North & South, Buffalo Southtowns: East Aurora, OP and Cheektowaga, SUNY (Both campuses) and Amherst. Whwn I had to get an Security/Bond clearence - it was a SOB to remeber all the freaking addresses!

Anyway, Barb & I moved to San Diego for work and the offer you cannot refuse. After 15 years, we decided to move back to WNY (Retirement). Housing and utilities are so much cheaper.  We looked at properties in Amherst (Over developed), Wheatfield (way spread out) and then found a property on Grand island and built a modular home, Taxes are what rhey are but rhe quality of living is OK! Grand Island is very rural but 20 minutes betweem Tonawanda/Amherst and Niagara Falls.

If you want snow - south of Broadway.

    Any questions - reach out!

Thanks Bob, always good to hear from a voice from the past!
