  1. Now that my lot is gone Disney, I'm exploring other options. What's the general experience at ECC? Does it open early? Are they cool? Hard to get out? Anything of note?

Thanks for the responses and Go Bills

Ive been tailgating at ECC the past few years. It generally fills up by about 1030 or so (I get there at 9) Its 15 bucks to park there but its a short walk to the stadium (5 mins) and the fans there are all pretty cool. Mostly Bills fans there which is great. In terms of getting out, its actually one of the better locations I think especially if you go away from Abbot. I'm usually home (UB North) by about 545-6

Only thing of note maybe is if you have any girls in your group the bathroom is mainly a bush off to the side of the parking lot and there is only two porta potties for the whole lot. Just something to keep in mind there. other than that i love parking there

  2. First off he you watched the game you know why the Raiders are going to be tough to beat. They have one of the best dlines in the game. There front four(go very deep) has ability to take over the Game. (this isn't a KC dline your facing) Bils do have some serious question on that Oline(Eric pears is starting for you). Bills let raiders dominate them in the trenches than it going to be very tough to beat the raiders. First thing bills must do is try and control R seymour and Tom Kelly as both are as tough a Dt tandem your going to see. Both do what they do to alot of teams and live in Bills backfield its going to be a long day for bills offense.

Pressre campbell it isn't as easy as it sounds. Denver pass rushing duo is as good as anyone(Dumervile and Von Miller) and Raiders kept extra guys to account for them. I don't see them keeping anyone in as they wikll be sending their full repitore out as recieving options

That not true D Mcfadden is just as effective running insidse as he is outside. (he looking to punish defenders these days. Raiders should also break out Taiwan Jones- Raiders coaches say he might be the fastest RB to mever play for the raiders. I can't wait till we see Both Jones and Mcfadden together in backfield. Both could take a swing pass and take it to the house from anywhere.

Raiders are mixing there coverage up alot more these days. MLB R Mcclain is so big and has great lengtrh its tough to throw over him. Raider Stephen Boyd is a LB/safety 4.4 that will be on the Te alot

Raiders Cbs or S Routt and C Johnson were near the top of the top Cb in burn rates last year. Raiders Dline puts so much presure on a QB(pushing the pocket right back on the Qb lap) that its hard to throw with pressure right in the Qbs face.

Now you do know raiders didn't play alot of there weapons on offense due to the weather(these guys are coming back from injury) K Boss- doubt he plays this week, Chaz Schilens 6'4 225 4.37 some say raiders best Wr, Derek hagan- a diffrent kind of wr, Louis Murphy- he out this week also, Taiwan jones(way faster than D Mcfadden who going to be someone you better account for.

I honestly see the raideres winning this game by seven points.

I assume your a raiders fan so I appreciate the discussion. In regards to the bolded part, how would you guys do against a screen game? Seemed like your D-line was overly aggressive at time last night

  3. It seems to me you're getting caught up looking at gaudy yardage stats rather than pure efficiency. You'd probably be well served to read the details on the new rating system, which explains why certain things receive greater consideration than others.

4 TDs in 17 completions is a sick percentage, by the way.

Exactly Fitz could have had 400 yards if we hadn't called of the dogs by the end of the third quarter

  4. Andre Johnson who is arguably the best WR in the game(worst case, he is in the top 3), just signed a new contract in the offseason averaging 10.5 mil a year. Stevie isn't getting anywhere close to 9 mil a year.

Somebody will lure him with that contract.

A 4th year receiver likely coming off two productive seasons? Ya someone will pay big money for a proven commodity and the Bills should be that team

  5. The 4th TD was to Jones

But yes, people questioned whether Fitz would be able to lead us, be accurate and make plays. He showed he was very prepared and more than ready to lead. What I liked most is the team just looked confident. Similar to the pats, We are going to score, try to stop us. Then after they scored, they scored again and again and again. In the 3rd quarter you could see everyone in KC, fans, players, coaches just wanted to see this one end.

The covered Stevie so he went to Chandler, They covered Chandler so he went to Nelson/Jones. A bunch of no names beat a playoff team, with ease. And Fitz was the driver behind it and he made everyone around him better by giving them a chance to make plays

  6. Obviously there were a lot of great things in this game to be excited about. But to answer your question, the one thing that's the most encouraging to me is this: We now have a coach that understands the importance of stepping on a team's neck when they're down. Gailey's play calling today was superb and relentless. The play I liked best? Brad Smith's INT. That's right. Even though we already had the game won, Gailey called a play that gave him the option to go for the humiliation shot.

Does anyone think Jauron would have done that? Jauron is a really, really nice guy. If he had gotten up two or three scores he would have been on the sidelines preparing an apology. The best a Jauron team could do was keep it close and hope for the best. That was clearly his strategy, because after every game, usually a loss, he'd tell us "it's hard to win in this league."

    Those days are over.

  7. Right, but again- one game against a suspect team. You expect a good team to win. The bills won. It means we might be a good team, not that we are. I also didn't walk out of today thinking the steelers are cellar dwellers or redskins are on a big run. The 49ers thumped a division winner too.

It's about doing it every week, not once.

All that said.... Definitely on the right road. Even if we have a let down next week, I think this franchise is going the right way.

Ok Ill give you that. There is no denying this team is much improved. If we beat Oakland and NE watch out NFL
