  1. He signed a 2 year contract so he will not be a free agent, and hasn't exactly looked good in the limited time he has been out there.

Even if he was, why would you risk alienating you fan base, for a player who hasn't started for 4 years, and relied on athleticism when he did. Think we need a true QB, not an ex-freak who need to relearn to play the position.

    Hell get cut

and i dont want him...not anymore anyhow

  2. um, with McGee unlikely to play, and Youboty out, Byrd nursing a groin injury and BScott likely to finish the season at LB, did you happen to notice that the Bills are suddenly down in the defensive backfield?

    no, guess not.

Now now dont let facts get in the way

  3. I truly don't believe Edwards has been given a fair chance. Yes, he has been extremely inconsistent. Yes, he has often been captain check down. However, even last week he threw 2 very nice deep balls to T.O.

He has shown the ability at times to have pocket presence, make good decisions, and has accuracy. There have been several excellent NFL quarterbacks who did not blossom until their 4th season (Eli Manning and Drew Brees). He has been playing on a lousy team with a lousy coach and a lousy O-line.

We know Fitzpatrick is not the quarterback of the future. I cannot understand why, in a season we know is already lost, we would not put Edwards out there to see if he finally shows some consistency. If by the end of the year, he is not showing improvement, sure try to bring in (draft or free agency) the next quarterback. But I would still keep him next year while a new QB is developing. The light may just turn on next season like it did for the 2 QB's I named. I think he has shown just enough upside to believe he may still develop. I would be very sad to see the guy just cut. I think there's a decent chance that we regret it in the future when he finally develops with a team like St Louis or Carolina.

Anyway, that's my opinion. It doesn't seem like too many people agree with it.

2 1/2 years and making the same mistakes he made as rookie? he hasnt progressed at all in 3 years. Its time to look somewhere elese

  4. Im prolly going to get flamed for this but personally i fell April is one of our biggest problems.

Why is our defense constatly injured and we have no depth to back it up? Because we draft special teamers, not potential starters who can play special teams as well.

What is Justin Jenkins, John Wendling, Rsocoe Parrish, Jon Corto, Mcyntire, Todd Johnson Maercus Buggs ect ect doing on our roster every year? Special teams with no other use. When we lose a linebacker we go to nickel becuase we dont have a back up linebacker worth a damn on defense and its a major problem IMO

This is Who i would like to see in Buffalo

(Based on past success over long period and but has not served as "main man") Ralph is more likely to hire someone like that IMO

  6. I went for a spontaneous one night backpacking trip to catch the meteor shower monday (got cloudy) and made it back at 230 today for the happy news.

Here's the irony: The last time I did a spontaneous backpacking trip, we signed TO while I was in the woods(for better or worse).

SO I've decided whenever we need something accomplished in the organization, I will bite the bullet and go drink some beers under the stars by myself at the local state park. Unfortunately, I may need to move there permanently.....

  7. Where were you and what was your reaction when you heard the Dick got the axe?

I logged on and saw the topic on the message board. I started to get real excited and my roomate was asking me whats up. I couldn't tell him until I knew it was legit. About a minute later I saw it on nfl.com and let out a joyous yell and ran around the apartment celebrating for a minute. My roomates think I am obessed. I guess they are probably right

I was working on a project in the library...decided to procrastinate for a second and saw it on the message board. I called my brother to confirm it on espn and i was like damn....surprised it happened this week and now but it was going to happen anyway

After watching Fewell's press conference tonight I'm excited for this weekend for the first time in along time this season. He has the attidtude were looking for and i hope he can deliever some results

  8. I first subscribed to Directv's NFL package nine years ago. It's been nine years of disappointment and wasted money. It's my fault the Bills suck. I'm a jinx (and also a Pittsburgh Pirates fan--17years of losing and no end in sight. That's right I subscribe to the baseball package. And while I'm confessing my sins, I also subscribe to the NHL package to watch the Sabres.)

    Thanks alot you jerk!
