    He went to school in the city where I live. Some of my neighbors know his family and say he's a good kid. I hope he sticks, might make some new Bills fans! :)

     

    Did he play today? I didn't see him, but wasn't looking either.

    I saw him in on a few plays...not sure if he was in for Green or Bell or both tho

    Hey we all said it this wekk...Fitzy isnt the future but he gives a chance to win that game

     

    I cant remember i was this pleased with a loss....Im not upset about those two picks at all....With a different QB we win that game and we almost did with fitzy's inaccuracy

     

    Gailey showed his reputation today. Getting the most out of his players. Just imagine what he can do with a stud QB

     

    Ill Take it and i hope we can build on it

    Lay off Fitz. He didn't get the 1st string in training camp, he didn't get the 1st string in preseason, he sat on the bench for 2 games

     

    He did what most folks on this board have been begging for. He threw the ball downfield. He took risks. He moved the chains. He showed balls and heart.

    We had 347 yards total offense, for the record that's close to what we had for the first 2 games added together.

     

    I'll take it.

     

    It's a team sport. If the Bills had a D worth the powder to blow 'em to hell, the picks wouldn't have mattered.

    Ill take it too...i was impressed with our offense today...the play calling was awesome and a few breaks go our way today and people are questioning if the pats* are in trouble

    You can't be serious ? How many wins do we have compared to Eagles since the Jason Peters trade(who was only 24 yrs old) . I will not pass judgement on the 3 guys we picked up but as of right now NO ONE HAS DONE A THING IN BUFFALO . That includes WOODS. Problems we had when Peters left are still here . Qb is still a problem . Philly do have Balls to tell the public to shut the F**k up and let them handle football business. The differnce between the two organizations is like night and day . That is why other teams laugh at us while they are actually playing (damn!!! can you believe that ) compared to Philly were they make plans for the playoffs every year. The Philly front office laps the BILLS in every manner, please take off those rose color glasses. WE blew it we could of had vick for nothing 2 years ago , Heck we could of had Vick for a 4th this year ( What is our 4th round choice doing again ? ) . Fact is we as Bills fans tends to overvalue home favorites Kelsay , schoebal , F. Jackson , while the NFL look for FOOTBALL MEN . That is why so many teams is trying like Hell to steal M.Lynch away from us and could care less about our beloved Fred Jackson . The other teams don't just laugh at the BILLS PLAYERS but their FANS as well because frankly we put stock in some of the STUPIDEST THINGS . We should only care about one thing can this player make us better. This is something Andy Reid did after giving KOLB that contract . Do you think we could give someone a monster contract and then after 1 game go to VICK our Coaching staff is a little too weak for that right. My prime example: Kelsay - Why is he on the field as a LB ? ( I almost felt sorry for him until I realized he makes 7mill a yr) THATS WHY WE ARE THE JOKE OF THE LEAGUE right now .........BUT HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL

    Everyone is harping on the one play where Johnson short armed the ball. He did, clearly.

    But you also have to admit that Trent, and to some degree Gailey, hung him out to dry as well.

    Coming across the middle is a good way to get crushed, particularly playing a team like GB.

    Now add in the fact that the ball was way out in front of him and he would have needed to stretch out pretty freaking far to catch that ball. Against that GB defense that isn't a good way to get crushed, it's a good way to get killed.

    Ya and NFL recievers are expected to make that catch

    His 8 yard pass to David Nelson on the last play of the fish game should have been his last NFL play. that one was worse because there was still a glimmer of a chance. Heave it down there. someone makes a play? A defender falls down? A PI penalty and we get another play. A winner takes that chance.

    If not a winner at least someone who wants to be

     

    Ill still be uspet if we lose but I respect guys that take the game winning shot and miss just as much as the guy who makes it

    To be fair -- and although I panned the Maybin pick relentlessly and still can't believe they made such a bone-headed choice -- I never read any mock draft that had Maybin dropping to the second or third round.

    Ya but dont let facts get in the way

     

    I wish we had taken Mathews tho...
