  1.

That is really good to know about Chippewa, because we don't want to get caught up in a college scene. We'd be way out of place there. Just looking for pub/sports bars type places, and it sounds like the Sabers game and around the arena is promising.

We're in section 109, row 9. These are almost identical seats to ours at Ford Field. Our season tickets are on the 30, row 19.

Those are great seats.... Welcome to the board btw Youll have a great time lots of good advice on the board here.

But uh ya... Go BILLS :nana:

  2. Why? I dont get the hate on NE if they pull this off as they havent broken a single rule. This is all on the Vikes...they cut him after giving up a 3rd for him and now some team, possibly NE, is going to benefit from thier regretted trade. Our fans would be jumping for joy if our team did this. What if Sea cuts Lynch (who has been struggling there, and they already cut LenDale White right after trading for him) and he resigned here? Is anyone going to be screaming for the NFL to block that too? I doubt it.

If he ends up back in NE, then I tip my cap to them as they essentially get Moss back while they got rid of his salary, got Branch and upgraded their draft pick from a 4th (the one they sent to Sea) to a 3rd (one they got from Vikes). I could only dream our FO could pull something like this off.

    If this happens...

NE - Gets Moss, Branch, 3rd Round pick...Loses Moss's salary and a 4th round pick. WOW, call me impressed with that one

it would be impressive. As much as i hate the Pats* i would be impressed with them and have a new found respect for our front office for not being as stupid as the vikes

  3. They're still talking about it. La Canfora says he's talked to a few GMs and the general consensus is that he'll go unclaimed and then be re-signed to NE. Minny loses the pick AND would be on the hook for his salary. Unreal. The NFL CANNOT allow this happen.

I dont think they have a case to block it tho. Min doesnt have to cut him and no team has to put a claim on him. If he signs with the Pats* again, as much as it is a total BS move, im not sure its illegal

  4. The message delivered by this thread should be the thing that scares Bills fans the most. We have faced tough opponents, and it'll be difficult to maintain our losing pace enough to secure the #1 pick in the draft. Arrgh.

    Just stop

I cant beleive you root for this team to lose to get the number one pick. It honestly makes me sick

  5. The Bills are 18-30 with pos starting. 4-15 in the past 2 seasons (thus far).

    Johnson looks great.

Spiller didn't look like he was at full speed on that TD miss by Fitz. Those aren't routes for this kid to be running.

Kelsay's extension was a boneheaded move. Where are the guys who said it "made sense"?

Fitz had one bad throw, but I believe we got the ball back, marched downfield and our kicker nailed a 53 yarder. He couldn't do it twice in a row, though.

Starts at about 2:10. He ran those routes all the time at Clemson. Your telling me that kid shouldnt be one on one with a LB in a spriting match?

  6. I guess that the writers have to have someone to talk bad about so it's Maybin. How about the players that have been allowed to play all season and havent preformed. Let him sit and get on the back of someone who really needs to dogged out, someone that is playin that sucks or makes mistakes time after time, now thats something to talk about.

Sorry Maybin. When you held out of rokie camp and celebrated after every tackle that you jumped on the pile for and have been a pass rush specialist with your only sack coming against the detroit 4th string qb in a preseason game after being picked 11th overall, you had better start producing. You havent. Undrafted free agents and 6th round picks are more ready to playn than you. That says a lot. You could be a good guy but your not a good football player

Still, the decision might not be Favre's to make. According to a report in Friday's Minneapolis Star Tribune, Vikings coach Brad Childress is leaning toward starting Tarvaris Jackson on Sunday. The report, which cites an NFL source, goes on to say that Favre has confided in people close to him that he's not convinced Childress will let him play.

My question here is does Brad Childress have to the power to sit Favre? Personally i think Favre is the HC here and if Childress sits him you can bet the vikes will quit on BC entirely. It seems to me he has lost control of his team the day he gave Favre 2 Milillion MORE to come back this year

  8. It's OK. PTR's been wasting people's time for a long time now.

I will be very interested to see how opponents defend Fitz with his "newfound" arm strength and accuracy. KC's secondary is better than Baltimore's, and I'm sure the KC defense will be ready. If Fitz and Gailey score points this week, I'll give them the credit for it.

25th in pass defense is better?

  9. While I don't disagree with you... I am still going to wait a few more games before anointing Johnson a clear #2 WR. How much of this is due to defenses playing with the lead and blitzing us constantly?

We lead almost that entire game against Baltimore. When we were driving to tie the game, Baltimore was in mostly coverage

  10. Absolutely correct. Chan deserves much of the credit for turning around our O and for developing the players especially Fitz. He has done a great job. It was just last season when Fitz was not doing so well under the old management. If we can draft some decent D palyers, we can have a good team next year.

Chan Has been a great hire offensivly. I wish the defense was better but he has made this offense very good. I have belief we can win every game with this offense. I cant remember the last time i thought that

  11. If we play like we did yesterday we could beat all those teams

KC is a bitof a wildcard im not sure i believe they are that good yet

Pitt is tough and the jets but if the vikes keep playing like they are we can beat them, Cutler threw 4 picks yesterday Detroit could be tough but im much more optimisitic about our chances now more than ever

  12. The dumbest move this FO could do this offseason is pass on Andrew Luck. There is no debating that. He is far and away the best QB out there. There are no super stud LTs or OLBs (Quinn could be but he is suspended which will hurt him). Clayborne is a solid DE, but to say he is better than Luck is simply stupid. Heyward takes plays off. Please God dont tell me we should draft another RB/DB/WR. Who is left? Its Luck or someone who really isnt worth #1.

Now if Luck isnt available (doesnt declare, we dont pick #1) take someone else.

One or two good games from Fitz doesnt mean we dont need an upgrade at the most important position.

I agree with you. I think Luck is the guy if he is available. But i dont think he is going to come out with the Bargening agreement in flux. In the meantime I'm happy with the way Fitzy has been playing and if he is our best option next year ill be cheering him on
