True, but the game is in NJ.Although winning in Foxboro will be very tough.
-
I agree.Don't know why, I just see it. The Jets defense can get to Brady. I just don't know if they can score
Maybe it's a dream but I see this matchup thinking the Jets have a chance.

I agree. It seems the idea that Cousins to SF is a done deal is based largely on speculation, not to say it couldn't happen, of course...Yeah I can see that, But San Fran is a complete dumpster fire. Since Harbaugh left they have had 3 coaches and went 5-11, 2-14 and are now 0-5 this season. Who's to say how long Shanahan will even be their HC. Cousins has played a ton of football since he played for Kyle. Why would he go to San Fran when the money will be the same and he can walk into a stable situation where he can win now.
I just think the media is overstating Kirk's desire to be reunited with Kyle.

You have not been paying attention the past two and a half years. Cousins continues to be underrated because he was a mid round pick and struggled with turnovers his first couple years as a starter. That's in the past.Give me Tyrod, peterman, and a top rookie Qb vs 30 mil a year for Cousins. He is good. He is not special or franchise altering.
-
Wait, are you suggesting that Rivers or Eli would be more attractive options than Cousins?Cousins will probably be the cream of the crop in terms of possible FA options next year.
But have to believe both Rivers and Eli Manning will be available assuming they are willing to be traded or play for another team at this stage of their career.
-
Right. 9000 yards passing and 54 TD passes the last two years: Very average.Meh- he's average. If you think Tyrod is terrible you'll have complaints about him too
-
Crosby. LTWho would this be, draft geeks? I say geeks in the nicest possible way

Technically true, but irrelevant. We infer intent from peoples' actions all day, every day. There's no way to know that his intent was.

Fox is absolutely awful. The fact that he was ok starting the season with Mike Glennon, and stuck with him for four putrid games, tells you everything you need to know.Im baffled. These HCs will spend a dozen hours a day gameplanning and going over situations yet will completely crap the bed on trying to figure out what to do on 4th and short in enemy territory. How was punting there even an option?
-
Pathetic.
Trubisky obviously needs to work on his hard count.
That punt gained them 22 yards.

If John Fox needs a timeout to decide whether to go for it here...there's no hope.

This idea that "you can't hit high so you have to go at a guys knees" is nonsense. What's not allowed today is going after a guy's head. That's leaves plenty of real estate available for a clean tackle. Frankly, I don't know if the tackle on Clay was against the rules and should have drawn a flag. (I would say "yes" because to me it was a textbook example of "unnecessary roughness".) The question posed by the OP was if it was a dirty play and it certainly was that. And just because a guy is still in the field of play does not mean anything goes. In my book, and probably the rule book too, taking a guy's knee out as he is running out of bounds is a dirty play and should draw a flag.If you can't hit them high, you have to hit them low. The funny thing is most players I've heard say they rather get hit in the head than the knees. It just looked unfortunate to me. As for "almost OB", that's still in bounds, so you hit it. Sorry. It's football.
-
Utter nonsense. There was no need to hit him at all, much less at the knee. With the way defenders get flagged and fined for hitting high they probably feel its better for them to go low.
-
It was an unnecessary and dirty hit. Clay was clearly out of bounds or about to be out of bounds and there was no need whatsoever to take out his knee like that. A shove would have forced him out just as effectively. The Bengals and their fans are a low class operation.
-
Are you trying to say the hooker he was doing blow with is not necessarily a nice person? As best we've heard it sounded like he stopped paying blackmail money.
Truly, the guy is a mess for doing this, but I think it's incredibly callous to try to ruin someone's life with that video even if they owe you money.

She is now saying she released the video out of solidarity with Kaepernick and that she has more videos (presumably from other NFL coaches) that she is prepared to release.
-
I know the one you're talking about😄And that means we can consign that silly excel spreadsheet to history.
-
Well, we can stop wondering if D Watson has the arm strength to play QB in the NFL. He's fine.
-
Why does Reid have all his starters out there? Why expose Hunt to injury when they really could just take a knee??
-
I do. Who can beat them? Maybe the Pats, if their defense is fixable, but they'll have to win at Arrowhead in January.Hard to know isn't it? I still don't know if I see a Superbowl winning team but I can't put my finger on why.
-
They have so many weapons...I'll be very surprised if we don't own the 32nd pick.Hill is quite the player.
I wonder how Andy Reid is going to f-up a team with this much talent...
-
Why not go for it on fourth there? By punting, you have close to zero chance, even if Hill doesn't bust one. And why would you want to punt to the most dangerous guy in the league?
-
This loss needs to be kept in perspective. It was fugly, but the Bengals are pretty good and this was our second tough road game in two weeks. More importantly, we've got a pretty soft slate of games coming up after the bye (three of the next four at home), and should go into KC on Thanksgiving weekend no worse than 7-3.Going into the 2017 Season so many on The Stadium Wall looked at the Bills schedule and assumed the team was doomed. Myself included.
As we head into the Bye Week the remaining schedule (at least on paper) looks much different. Only FOUR of the ELEVEN remaining games are against teams with a winning record and that includes at the Jets, at Kansas City, home and away with New England. The other SEVEN opponents are either 2-3 or 2-3 at this point.
Six Home games and five Road games left.
Go Bills! (Please)

Against a good defense, Goff does not look great. And Watkins is an afterthought.
