Efforts along these lines are definitely required. I’d love to learn Kim and/or Terry bust through Beane’s office while he’s talking with Sean and demanding action. Scour Practice Squads, bring in the best FA’s available for a ‘look see’, get on the phone with Draft picks and/player combos for trades and get some help in here NOW! A very promising season is slipping through our fingers with an incapable Defense.

Yes and no. Cutting Murphy only counts against this season. Then his hugely overpaid salary is done. Buy a mercenary on his last season. If he plays great, we’ll try to sign him again next season, but we’ll have other priorities. This is the best Bills team this century. Our rookie QB Contract window is closing fast. Give us the pieces we need NOW!
