I'm with you on the measurements in this bill are misguided. If the object is to fire bad teachers then give the principal of the under performing schools the ability to fire the bad teachers on the spot. If there has to be a review process then fine but that is what is really needed in education.

Part of the reason the banks let people stay in the house is that the people living there maintain and protect the property. They found when they evicted people quickly the houses sat vacant and were vandalized, got run down quickly and costly to fix up again. This actually forced values even lower maker there loss even greater. It's better business in the long run for the bank to leave people in their houses till they can either modify the loan or sell it.

Joe is famous for buying army surplus tents and housing prisoners in those tents in the middle of the desert. He makes them wear pink jumpsuits, no air conditioning in 120 degree heat of the desert. A real hardass for sure. I would like to do that here in California. A real deterent to crime.
