Good post. No reason to panic yet...but it is time to face reality: Sabres PP has been dreadful and this 'slump' has been over the last month... Waiting for Tim Connolly to come in and fix everything is not realistic. The Sabres PP does not respond well when teams pressure the point. Something needs to be fixed....paging Scott Arniel... I would not mind seeing the Sabres going out and getting a guy like Craig Conroy...he is a vet...and he would be hungry to win a Cup

Kelly, no question I agree with a lot of what you said (the plane crashes, well, thats a bit over the top! ) Hey, how can you not respect how great the Pats have been? But to come on here and say I actually LIKE the team etc...well that is a different story. That (and they know who they are) are the ones receiving the sympahties.

How many people here really knows a lot about Tomlin to even make an assessment in less then 24 hours?? Talk about a knee jerk reaction!

But...but...but.....the Pats had a flu bug and that is why they lost...and no other teams the Pats beat over the years can make any excuses...when the Pats win it is because Brady and Belichek are masterful....when the Pats lose it is 1000 excuses!

So ok...because we are happya bitter rival lost...does that always mean we are jealous? Please. We all know the Bills issues over the last several years. That is a different issue then loving the fact the Pats lose.

I agree. As much as the Sabres need Tim Connolly back...he is only 25, has his life ahead of him...you have to make choices i life...but for athletes...sports is life...so many of them would rather roll the dice on another concussion then to walk away from the game and not know what to do with their life.
