  1. The thing that bothers me about the Ravens is that nobody in the media says that Lamar Jackson should run less. Josh, who is 3 inches taller and at least 25lbs heavier, is always told to run less. If josh keeps doing that, he’ll end up like Cam. but the smaller Jackson should keep rushing for 100+ yards a game like it won’t take a toll on him.
  2. By the 4th quarter, Knox was in the locker room with an IV in his arm.
  3. The worst thing about all NFL losses is that you have to sit with it for a whole week.
  4. He got hurt in camp with the cards and was cut at the end of August.
  5. It’s not just Tua. The Fins kept running injured players back out there like it was a playoff game or something. They really felt, probably from ownership on down, that they had to win this game to send a message or because they feel that they had little chance of winning in Buffalo in December.
  6. The Fins treated it like a SB, trotting injured players out there in ways that will hurt them going forward. McD treated it like a week 3 road game. We still almost won.
  7. They’re gloating over a 2 point win at home?
  8. I just don’t know if I want the Bills to run the ball enough times to “establish a run game.” I just looked at the stats for the Colts/Chiefs game. JT had 22 carries for 78 yards. If that was a QB stat, it would be horrendous. All running-heavy teams have similar stats. In 2022, it just seems inefficient. I would agree that we need to improve our ability to pick up 1-2 hard yards with RBs.
  9. You could tell it was serious at the time by the looks on the players from both teams.
  10. The Stadium Wall Buffalo Bills Community. Discussing the Buffalo Bills and the NFL 24 hours a day since 1998
  11. Somebody just needs to put it in a Tik Tok or an episode of Stranger Things and all the kids will “discover” it.
  12. Don't know about that, but we was at Sycamore HS at the same time as Rose Lavelle (USWNT Midfielder) so he may know her.
  13. 315lbs from Cincinnati, so he also knows how to mess up a large 4-way from Skyline.
  14. It wasn't Van Roten snapping him the ball on the goal line in the 4th. That was Greg Mancz, a PS guard playing out of position at center.
  15. Not only that, but he wasn't going to start here and he would have been a PITA about it. We upgraded with Bates and Saffold anyway. He's the starting center on what will be a rebuilding NYG team. Good for him.
  16. OL is certainly on the list of positions you can take high. It goes: QB EDGE/pass rush OT CB WR/Pass-catching TE
  17. Everything you say is absolutely true. But the fact that the evaluation is so difficult makes the bust rate for OL higher than at other positions.
  18. Miami did use the Jacksonville strategy. Just get Buffalo to play a bunch of backup and PS OL and you have a chance. Also make sure that the center is playing out of position. That's they key part of the strategy.
  19. You guys both bring up the key point that fans don't understand. There is a real lack of quality O linemen across the NFL. This problem has only gotten worse as years have gone on. A few years ago, Colin Cowheard (I know, I know) quoted an NFL GM saying that the proliferation of single-read spread offenses in college football has made evaluation linemen difficult because they almost never have to hold a pass block.
  20. It's not as big of a problem. Morse was a game time decision on Sunday, so you would have to assume that he'll be back on Sunday. Except for Bates (concussion), the rest of the guys that left the game on Sunday were due to heat. And Bates might be able to play on Sunday. It depends on how long symptoms linger.
  21. I don’t understand how this stuff works, but the Bucs added Beasley to their PS and immediately elevated him.
  22. I know you're joking, but it must be pointed out that that happened on a team that has just gotten completely destroyed for 6 quarters with Nate Peterman as starting QB. I probably would have wanted to quit too.
  23. People on here have tunnel vision. The Ravens' injury report is actually longer than ours. They have an identical record to ours, but their victories are against the Jets and Pats. Both the Jets and Pats scored points against them Their loss to Miami was at home and contained a spectacular collapse. Our loss was on the road and was by 2 points
