That would have been a nice combo, I agree. Regarding Rex, Whaley didn't have the balls to say no to the new owners, he had to know that Rex's big ego would lead to another defefensive system.

I agree, though his leading candidate was Hue Jackson, who doesn't look like he has HC material.

Exactly, leaders are supposed to rise when the going gets tough. Make a play, make a difficult throw, convert a key third down, let the other team know you're not going to roll over and die.

If the players quit on their coach, it's the players fault. Three weeks ago they were all a loving family, today they can't wait to sign the divorce papers? Kyle Williams can't do it alone and the so called eader of the offense can't play QB.

LB play can't function when the DL play was as pathetic as yesterday.

What a **** show today. Run defense was embarrasing. Tackling was embarrasing. Where are the leaders of this team? They should feel ashamed of the level of play they have shown the last two weeks.

I remember this guy being the surest thing of things from that draft. Maybe it's just a perception of mine, but lately there has been a high amount of OL bust in early rounds.

Ducasse is a 7 year pro and in each one of those years he didn't even reach the averege line for OLs. in fact he has been awul in the majority of those years. Miller looked bad this year in the new system, no doubt, but in two years he has shown he can get better, besides we're implementing some power running schmes from last year, why change? Let him play the year out and if he's not progressing trade him.

He's not "process" material...

He should be the starter, even if he has struggled with the zone blocking. Vlad is useless.

Still pissed from the game last night. Pissed at the veterans of the team, pissed at the leaders of this team. You can hate Dennison's gameplan but it was the OL that couldn't hold their ground or open holes in the run game. Pissed at TT for not stepping up and tell the OL to snap the !@#$ out of the funk and put some points on the board when the team was simply going through the motions of losing a key game for their proffesional aspirations. Could we use more talent? sure, but tonight was not a case of lacking talent, it was pure desire and it wasn't there at least not on our side. Let's see how they react to this awful loss.
