  1. great wins the game by two scores, good would have won the game in the last play, bad is what Tyrod was on Sunday. This is a passing league and no matter how good a defense is there are always yards and points to be had.
  2. plant and throw, simple as that, maybe he completes the pass, maybe he doesn't, worst case scenario? the QB doesn't even attempt to pass, tucks the ball and run.
  3. would it hurt to play the rookie McDermott at RT a couple of series? see what you got, or bring someone else.
  4. people doesn't want him sitting on the pocket, people want him to know the playbook, know where his WRs will be and throw it to them with rythm and anticipation, that's all
  5. I don't know if we win with Peterman, but if the gameplans going forward are like the one we saw today, I prefer to see the rookie QB at the helm instead of the 7 year veteran. If you're playing TT, open things up, run the option with Shady, move the pocket on designed plays, we know he's a superb athlete, use him as such.
  6. you're probably right, we shall see if that's the case with the 22 film review.
  7. no doubt, our passing game could use some Buffout.
  8. I believe it's called forward pass.
  9. so, if the run gamed doesn't work, what is the other option to move the ball and score points? I'll wait...
  10. The Watkins trade is behind us, let's move on. What bothers me is that we have to wait to the final drive to attempt that kind of pass, it's one thing to play with your cards close the vest (running the ball and not ask TT to do too much) but you have to open things up a bit to win close games, or any game for that matter.
  11. this is how I feel regarding TT. I still root for him but I think he has already reached his ceiling.
  12. Of course we can, but if you start a thread calling the clock management an embarrasment how serious can you take said thread?
  13. Stupid Rex would have been in the playoffs had he not fired Schwartz. What a dumb !@#$.
  14. embarrasing? hyperbole much? Embarrasing? Far from it.
  15. not perfect, but it's the same coaching staff that has the team within a score to win the game on the road, so I can't complain much. The OL was dominated on the run game and was shaky in pass pro.
  16. He has trouble with zone defenses, when you have to throw with anticipation. He was better in the 4 qtr but not good enough for the win, which required only a TD.
  17. check this out, 45 seconds mark, the reaction from Vic and Skurski to Sullivan's opinion is priceless.
  18. great post, thanks for the work you put into these articles.
  19. a little video I made of last week's game.
  20. To me he's similar to Cameron Jordan, from the Saints. good overall player, though Jordan is the better pass rusher right now. Jordan only had a sack in his rookie year and then started getting it.
